Overall, my stay was excellent and the staff did a great job. However, as we were getting into our Uber to leave for the airport, the Radisson van driver chose to force his vehicle into the space right next to us; even though there were multiple open spots available. He parked so aggressively and so close that he nearly hit our Uber or us. Instead of waiting one minute for us to leave or simply asking us to move, he acted impatient and created an unnecessary situation. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of courtesy. This was the only negative part of my stay, but it was significant and should be addressed.

All good but refreshing it’s nesesery

Check in was very easy and the staff was incredibly helpful! The room was updated, clean, and comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

I have stayed in a lot of Vilnius hotels. Good location. Very busy when we were there, and not very helpful staff. Room was okay overall, but not great. Hotel feels nice at first, but the room was very small and not terribly clean (look behind the doors!) There was an odor in the bathroom because there was no ventilation in it. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Beautifully maintained daily, variety spread breakfast, paid underground parking at €22.00, I was upgraded to a corner room with amazing views, clean and comfortable, half the staff I encountered were kind and friendly others not!

No microwave but a full mini bar fridge and walking distance to all food places nearby.

Very nice hotel! Right in the middle of city life and old town sites. Breakfast amazing and large selection! Gym sauna awesome!…great location for everything a traveler needs. Will stay there again.

Fabulous hotel from the foyer to the dining area with views of the city. We were late and the receptionist made us feel immediately welcome. Our room was good with bath and shower, and Chromecast to watch our streaming channels. Great location to walk into and around the city, and easy to get to from the airport. The breakfast was superb with fresh items being cooked such as omelettes, and a waffle maker, fresh juices and smoothies, the best tree cake, fresh biscuits etc. One of the best breakfast areas and choices we’ve had on our travels. We were sad to leave after five days.

Very appropriate business class hotel (especially if you stay in a new ring). Clean snd nicely equipped rooms, friendly stuff, good spa/salon, and central location. Highly recommended for all visitors to Vilnius!!

Good modern hotel with good breakfast. One quibble is that the hot tub wasn’t very hot.

It was a good stay but they charged me for the mini-bar and the only thing I drinked was the complimentary waters.

A beautiful modern hotel with great views of the city and the river from the higher floors. The sky bar is well worth a visit just for the views. Room was excellent with a comfortable bed and modern bath rooms. Staff were efficient and friendly and I would recommend it .
