We have stayed in the Miro before and really like it. Good location, and very modern, clean, so we went back. We were offered an upgrade but this room was next to lift and noisy so we rejected it. The front desk manager was not particularly helpful is changing our room; very sullen. Also, you now need to download an app and complete a form to park your car in the city, which would have been helpful to receive this information before arrival. The concierge helped this process so eventually got fixed.
