The staff was exceptionally welcoming and eager to assist, creating a warm and accommodating atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully maintained, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with modern decor and comfortable furnishings that contributed to a relaxing stay.

Tram is 1 block away, wifi connection is fast, breakfast has awesome selection. Room was spacious (1 king bed) with excellent bathroom.

Perfect spot to be close enough to central Florence but away for quiet. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very courteous. The breakfast had a wide variety - there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Its was in a great place from the airport and the train station we made a lot of day trips so that was a plus but my only complaint was the A/C didn't work for 3 of the 4 days we was there

El hotel es bello, cómodo y céntrico, tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, por suerte no hacía calor de verano, aun así volvería a elegirlo nuevamente, solo recomendaría mejor dinámica en el desayuno, hubo un solo empleado asistiendo, llegamos al salón de desayuno cerca de las 9:00 y ya no había mucho desayuno para elegir.

The hotel is located two minutes from tram stop 1 which can take you close into the city centre and about 10 minutes walking from tram stop 2 which could take you directly to the airport. My room was clean and very spacious with plenty of storage space, lots of hangers & a very clean & modern bathroom. There’s a safe and a mini fridge with two complementary bottles of water. There’s also a kettle to make coffee/tea but flimsy paper cups not reusable/ceramic mugs. The bed is relatively comfortable, although I personally found the sheets, a little too rough and scratchy. The only downside was the room temperature. Florence was 25 Celsius and the heating was on in every room. I did ask on my 2nd night for the heating to be turned off, but then it became stuffy as there’s no other ventilation, so I had to leave the window open all night. Which also means you hear the constant outside traffic. Breakfast was decent, just eggs, cereal, yogurt and lots of cakes and pastries. I did find all the staff very friendly and helpful especially at reception and in the breakfast section.

A wonderful stay in Florence, just outside the hustle and bustle of the swarming city center. Attentive and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Affordable, practical and extremely inviting.

Great location, parking facility, good breakfast… good customer services… Is in construction, under remodelación some areas, Is a few uncomfortable, this is the reason for not check 5 star in my review.

I traveled with my family. Although the hotel is located about a 15–20 minute walk from the main attractions in the city center, it is worth it. Here’s why: 1. The hotel lobby is staffed 24 hours a day. 2. The staff were very helpful and stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. 3. Mohamad and Marianne (I may be forgetting the exact names) at the front desk were extremely helpful in resolving my rental car issue with Hertz in Sorrento. 4. The room was clean and modern, and housekeeping came every day. 5. It was very quiet at night—no loud tourists or traffic noise. 6. The rainfall shower had perfect water pressure, and the hot water was truly hot—not the tinny drizzle and lukewarm water we experienced in other hotels in Italy. I wish the hotel would consider replenishing the two free water bottles every day.
