Everything was good, staff was outstanding and very and very helpful, hotel in the heart of the city, everything you need within 5 min walk, the only minus - you have to pay for parking extra and it is not cheap like most of parkings in the area - city center. But generally, I was very happy with choice.

Gym and pool were small. Staff was great and so was location.

The hotel is great! Excellent location in the heart of everything. You can walk to parks, restaurants and stores. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to help. Definitely my new favorite place to stay in Mendoza.

Nevera descompuesta, no la cambiaron Solicite una cerveza a la habitación y me la cobraron a pesar de entregarme una habitación defectuosa Estaba en excursion en la montaña y quedamos atrapados por mal tiempo , se solicito cambiar al dia siguiente la reserva , nos dijieron que si y finalmente la cobraron nuevamente

the USD 20 dollar parking cost was too expensive for the type of service given. Small, place, bad maitained, full of cars from staff, has to wait for other cars movement for going out. Clearly not value the price

El servicio terrible, el día anterior a irme dejé en la cafetería alrededor de las 19 hs unos cubos que se congelan para retirarlos a la mañana siguiente. El salir el dia 23-02 a las 5 AM dado que me iba al aeropuerto pregunte en la recepción y no encontraron los los cubos que la persona de la cafetería el día 22 al dejarlo me dijo que lo iba a etiquetar con el número de habitación, no tuvieron capacidad para hacer algo tan sencillo como eso, obviamente fui varias veces a este hotel pero luego de esto NO VOLVERÍA

We tried to check-in 2 hours early, but room not available (OK), returned at 3 pm and given a superior room but prebooked a Junior Suite with Terrace. Staff said the superior and junior suite we the same. 3 night stay for two people - one small bottle of water, one coffee and milk sachet for 3 days for two people, but kettle and coffee machine in room. Spoke to staff again at check out and this time they said Expedia canceled our room, but they did their best to find alternative but it wasn't the Junior suite. However, they said Expedia cancelled the room, but I didn't need to pay because they had already received payment for the Junior Suite (but who from ???). I requested 2 bottles of water and two coffee sachets for the room, I was charged twice the cost in the bar downstairs and they wouldn't give me a cost breakdown until after I had paid. There were no bathrobes as advertised, some of the power sockets didn't work. The staff were untruthful about our room, but took our money for other Junior Suite - very unsavoury experience and couldn't recommend.
