Everything was excellent

Clean rooms, staff very helpful and very good breakfast. It would be great to offer coffe machines inxthe rooms.

It was a nice experience, we had just one night, check in and check out online available, extra large bed and very comfortable, eco toothbrushand, toothpaste with a shaving kit included in the bathroom. Safe parking under hotel for extra cost.

Very centrally located hotel in the middle of restaurants, bars and historic district. They offer free tours to mountain hikes, waterfalls and adjacent hamlet cities. I recommend this place

Great stay, very nice staff who recommended a lot of things to do

The hotel is located near the center of the city with a walking distance to restaurants, stores and even a large supermarket. There is a parking space next to the hotel (not an official garage). Since we visited out of the high season, we had no problem finding a space. Regarding the employees, some are very kind and some aren't. The air-conditioner in our room wasn't really effective. Breakfast was mediocre.

Very friendly staff

Very convenient location. Plenty of parking in large car park just opposite the hotel. Really helpful bar staff who went out of his way to help book a restaurant, unfortunately we didn't get his name but a big thank you. As with hotels like this there was a bit of corridor noise from other guests talking loudly. Overall hotel is very good for the price.

Overall, would recommended. Great location, friendly/helpful staff, clean and comfortable. My main point of feedback is around the spa. A hotel located in a ski area should not charge a la carte to use basic spa amenities such as a hot tub. After seeing the spa, it was even more shocking. The men’s room/locker room was bare (no shower or lockers), wet floor and not worth the up charge.

This hotel was great and right in the heart of beautiful Vielha. This town is a perfect base for beautiful hikes and exploring the charming towns in the Pyrenees. You can also easily access the south of France if interested. The hotel staff gave us great recommendations. The hotel was a 3 min walk from anything we needed and very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

A comfortable, friendly hotel in the mountains. Good for walking, cycling, swimming and sampling the cuisine and wines.

Receptionist Lorena made a truly exceptional effort to help me with a problem at check-in ... which she resolved through lateral thinking and patience. The hotel was good too.

Everything great except the pillows were not so comfortable for me. Def will recommend.

Hotel was great, bed was really comfy, location was perfect. parking outside was free and always available. On the downside the ski-boot rack in the basement was not on at night so ski-boots were cold and damp the next day. Heating in the room was full on and super warm even when turned off from the wall panel! Also the reception staff didn't speak much English, just the Hotel manager could speak English so was a little tricky communicating with them when he was not there.

I only stayed one night during the summer but this was a great place to stop off on my journey by car through the Pyrenees. Hotel staff were very friendly, there were tons of parking spaces just outside the hotel and the town itself was quite picturesque, with several fun bars around 5-10 minutes walk down the road.

GREAT HOTEL- WITH GREAT BREAKFAST- NICE FACILITIES - WE CHOOSE THE HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE SWIMMING POOL, HOWEVER DID NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SWIM SINCE IT WAS OPEN JUST AT 1 PM- AND WE HAD TO LEAVE AT 10 AM- HOW COME IT WAS NOT OPEN AT 7 AM?

Very helpful staff. Good stopover place if touring in the Pyrenees. Would stay again.
