Old hotel, badly maintained with smelly rooms. The water coming out the bathroom tap had a horrible sewage smell, so my family and I used mineral water to brush the teeth and to wash the face. There were two lifts but only one working during the whole weekend, and the guests had to share it with the staff transporting food or cleaning supplies. It was a mess. I will not return to this hotel.

We had a perfectly pleasant, standard stay at the Queens Hotel; the rooms were clean and absolutely fine. The only slight disappointment was regarding flexibility around timing. I had requested a simple one-hour late checkout for genuine reasons and was promptly charged a £20 fee. While I completely understand and respect hotel policies, it did feel a bit rigid especially since, I stay at the Queens hotel at least one to two times every year and there have been times in the past where my room wasn't even ready for check-in by 4:00 PM, and I've happily waited without making a fuss. It's those small, mutual courtesies that really elevate a guest's experience. That being said, it certainly didn't ruin the trip, and we would still happily visit the hotel again in the future.

Excellent location, staff friendly but in desperate need of decorating and new furniture in the rooms as old and worn looking.

Very comfortable and well-appointed hotel. The location is very convenient, positioned adjacent to the Lanes and the railway station. We booked an inland room and were upgraded to a sea view, which made it a very special stay.

The apts are in need to a face lift! Tired and very tatty exterior. Mai. Hotel as ok as I remember it, and leisure club good as ever. There was also no heating apart from a wheelie radiator which I took into bedroom. There’s also no salad or pasta bowls, which is a little inconvenient. But I could see the sea out of my window so go 2 day it worked

Lovely staff all round, at reception, and in the great spa/gym area. Lovely view with wonderful sea views, and plenty of teabags. What more could you wish for. Delightfully cost effective, too!

I imagine once upon a time this hotel was magical Now it shows it's age, which is to be expected The tower room was large, good spa bath and shower. View was nice. A couple of things that would make it a bit more practical. Coat hooks near the door would be handy. Towel hooks in the bathroom also needed.

Lovely spacious room with a sea view. Right in the centre of Brighton, everything is a short walk. Nice buffet breakfast with a good choice of breads, cereal, fruit and cooked options. Scrambled eggs and sausages were really amazing. Room had a really powerful fan, which was needed as I'm menopausal. Bathroom was also great...bath was deep and the taps ean quickly to fill it up. Only negative is no parking, we used The Lanes carpark nearby which was £80 for 36 hours. Parking is dear in Brighton!

Our stay at Queens Hotel was absolutely unforgettable. We booked this trip to celebrate a special occasion with my boyfriend, and from the moment we arrived everything felt perfect. The apartment was spotless, truly immaculate, and exactly how I had imagined. Comfortable, stylish, and prepared with great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help, which made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the pool and sauna such a relaxing and cozy space to unwind together and enjoy the moment. The breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic variety and everything fresh and delicious. Starting the day there felt like a treat in itself. The location right by the seafront made everything even more magical, especially for a romantic getaway. This hotel helped create beautiful memories for us, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be coming back. Highly, highly recommended!

We found the Queens Hotel absolutely perfect for our recent trip to Brighton. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of all the sights and amenities of Brighton, and from the moment we arrived the hotel provided really good service, starting with Liz at Reception. We stayed in a lovely room, with a really good view of the sea and the pier. The room and the hotel generally provided all the facilities we needed and if we return to Brighton in future, the Queens Hotel will definitely be our first choice of hotel.

I had a lovely stay at Queens Hotel Brighton. The location is nice and convenient, right on the seafront and close to the pier, shops, and restaurants. Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it’s clean, cozy, and has an old school charm that makes the stay feel warm and authentic. My room was comfortable and the sea views were beautiful. A special thank you to Carlos at the front desk for his outstanding service.
