Nice spacious room, quiet and perfect location for what we needed. Will stay again.

Parking was secure. Kitchen was fully equipped. Room was very spacious. The only complaint was there was very little water pressure in the shower. We were on the top (penthouse) floor so that might have had something to do with it.

We felt unsafe without an extra lock on the main door and NO lock on the balcony door. There was no toilet seat cover and the wifi was not working.

No air conditioning, old and overpriced

The bed was very comfortable! The team was friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Walking distance to mall. Suite was very nice. Renovations going on, sparce breakfast, no sitting area in lobby.

I’m sure that it will be nicer once the construction is over.

Our room was not ready so we had to settle with a room with no view at all, but otherwise the hotel was clean.

Great stay

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Modern equipment in the room. Very well set up of furniture and big tvs in both bedroom and living room. Bathroom could have been bigger.

Awful - give this a big pass. Undergoing renovation but no notice about this or alternate services available. When I asked about the advertised business services, was told to go to the mall across the road. No help or support for the business services that are required for the next day either. At a minimum I would’ve hoped for a late checkout so that I could continue to work in the room. I asked to speak to the manager and was promised he would phone me the next morning. When that didn’t happen I went down and asked again and was told he was in a meeting and will call me afterwards… Still waiting…

Nice place. Felt like home

I think we got a reduced rate due to some construction. We had a 2 room suite on the 12th floor with a full kitchen!

It was a great place to stay with my family. Close to malls and there are plenty of restaurants close by.

Overall is a great place for families. The full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. No breakfast but the location is very close to shopping center.

Staff was friendly. Parking is ample but smelled as it was near the garbage room. Hotel is very outdated.
