Staff were helpful. Air condition was good. Mattress was terrible. Room was clean but looked old and outdated. Shower drain was slow and there was a small cockroach in it.

Nice hotel. Our room was towards front and noisy. Lots of places to eat. But the nicer part of city is towards the marina and coast

Clean room great location 10 minutes walking from Napoli Centrale. Good restaurants close by. Great free breakfast at hotel.

It's a basic hotel close to the station. It's clean but the rooms are in poor condition and need some maintenance.

The ac in my room was broken , the mini fridge wasn’t working and the staff member said they couldn’t do anything about it

Unfortunately very disappointed with the visit in this hotel. Cleanliness very poor … specially the toilet - hairdryer had plenty of leftover hair stuck from previous guests. Room smelly… bed uncomfortable and pillows

It was very close to the train station, but also close to some shady areas at night. There are some restaurants within walking distance, but it would pay to have your evening dining completed before nightfall or take a cab.

A lovely place to stay close to Napoli Centrali station and all the main attractions.

I booked this hotel from Expedia platform, hey, you need to update your platform and remove properties that mislead customers. I booked this hotel because it stated that parking was available on-site with a daily payment option. The fee seemed reasonable to me, so I booked it. However, they failed to mention how far the parking is from the hotel. When I arrived after a long flight with heavy luggage, I discovered the parking was around 400 meters away and not suitable for multiple entries. This essentially means you’re stuck there. Specially in the area that in each minute, someone comes to you and ask money and cigarette!!!!!! Breakfast was very limited in options, and the environment around the hotel was noisy and unpleasant, as mentioned in reviews that I was aware of beforehand. However, the one and most important issue I didn’t see mentioned in the reviews was the parking problem. No tissue paper, no kettle, no cups, no phone( broken), no safe( broken), people do wee in the street around the hotel.

The bed and pillow was hard as a rock. The front reception wasn't very helpful. The faucet was all corroded. There was still painter's tape on the light from when they painted the room and paint had dripped on the lamp shade which is still there. They offer key access only which doesn't make you feel very safe.
