Very nice.comfortable and clean Nice place to stay

The place was very clean and kept up. The staff were great, so friendly and helpful. Its on a small road near shops, bars and food. Less than a block from the main walking area (5th st i believe). To me the place had an authentic Mexican vibe to it that i was looking for. Not a corporation hotel, upper end mom and pop. Very happy with it and will stay there again.

Great property and experience with staff! I was in a king room overlooking the pool. They provide earplugs to combat noise from nearby music. However, if you're in Mexico, you are likely already prepared for the noise. I did not need to use the earplugs but appreciated that they were available. The light in the bathroom is dim, if you need to do your hair, makeup, etc. you won't be doing it in the bathroom. Lastly, the remote for the AC in my room didn't have a button to turn off the light on the display. If you like your room DARK, the blackout curtains work great, but you will need an eyemask.

Great staff. Great service. Very clean. Just be aware I was on the second floor and there is no elevator. A great location. Kate at night You can hear the music from 5th avenue but the air conditioner cut out most of the sound.

Great hotel with an excellent team. The location is perfect, close to everything you need, and the staff are genuinely kind, helpful, and courteous throughout the stay. We originally booked four days but enjoyed it so much that we extended for another four. Highly recommended..

Location is superb , extremely friendly staff and very clean However, no options for lounging in hotel and pool was extremely cold. Was charged $480 pesos for water that was in the fridge. There was no sign or indication that there was a fee for water

Had a great experience at this hotel. I travelled alone and felt safe and comfortable at all times. The location of the hotel is excellent, everything you need is walking distance from Kinbe. Steps from the beach. Breakfast place, pharmacy and gellato right in front. Best tacos 3 minutes away. Yoga studio 5 minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Very accommodating and helpful, even with a late check in , would highly recommend. Wednesday morning desk agent held our bags after checking out so we could replace items from lost luggage. Very clean .

So good i re-booked and extended my trip. It’s so affordable, the rooms are clean, the staff are amazing, it’s 3 minutes walk from the beach, right downtown. The pool is stunning, the service was great, I felt like at Rome. 20/10

Very clean and friendly staff

Convenient location near 5th Avenue and 2 blocks away from Zenzi Beach Club…great value and a nice oasis close to the action…just make sure you bring good ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper because you could hear the bass of nightclub up the block…

Our stay here was great! Nor problems whatsoever. The people at the front desk we're all awesome and smoke great English. They also had great suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Definitely would recommend this place.
