Good and cheap place to stay. Beds were comfortable and staff was super helpful. I told them that a hinge was loose on the bathroom door and they had it fixed the same day. Breakfast was good, decent options for hotel breakfast buffet. Pool was nice, waterslide was super fun and hot tub was nice and hot to relax in.

Child puked in the stairs going to the waterslide. Janitor left puke and chunks on the stairs after cleaning while kids continued to play in the pool and slide. Child then puked again 20 minutes later beside the pool, no one cleaned it up. Hotel staff didn’t seem to care. They also had no blankets available for sofa beds and said they were all being used. Staff was very dismissive and didn’t seem to really care.

Room was clean. We did stay over a long weekend so it was full and loud. We did have some noisy neighbour's who kept us up. It was an overall good stay with friendly staff.

Pleasant stay for me and my two sons. The beds and pillows were soft kind of lumpy but that was ok it was still comfortable, as well the pull out bed was queen size but thin. TVs were old school, fridge as well and it was hard to get the right temperature without it turning into a freezer. The junior suite was a decent size, basic for the needs. Breakfast was chaos in the morning, as a family hotel you can imagine the family’s lined up for waffles etc. Location location! That was on the plus side! Very close to the West Edmonton Mall and Costco and various restaurants. The water slide and pool were on the smaller side and the depth of the pool was great for the younger children. I was however concerned about the water slide edges not being high enough. As a parent with an autistic child this was a safety concern for us. The staff were also helpful and friendly. Overall my rating is a 4 out of 5 stars for our stay, the amenities and the location. :)

1st room had a constant running toilet, got moved to another room and the light kept turning off and on. Also found snot on the "clean" bedding. Pool was fun but cloudy and the hot tub was foamy iykyk. Black mold on the ceiling. Breakfast was decent and staff were lovely. Close to WEM.

We appreciated the spacious room and the friendly staff. The breakfast was nice for a quick and our kid loved it.

Cleanliness is a concern-specifically the bathrooms. I addressed this with the font desk to give the opportunity to have housekeeping address it and they did not.

Curtains didn’t close and our room was right outside a bright outdoor light making it tricky to sleep.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good . The only thing that sucked was how deep the pool was . Only 1.1 meters

Staff was friendly Check-in was fast and smooth but the room wasn't well maintained. Bathtub floor was not stable, water leaked from the airconditioning and the carpet below it was wet. Loud and children ran up and down the hallways

Loud - kids running up and down hall late. Noisy hard to sleep. Called front desk about people jumping above us. Didn’t stop. Wont stay here again although was clean and breakfast was okay.

The buffet breakfast was not excellent as reviewed. The reviews must be fake. Ours consisted of bad little omelets and tiny breakfast sausages. Rest was very limited and not comparable to other hotels. Waterpark advert is fake, it only has a waterslide. Our room was supposed to be a king suite, which appeared to be a bedroom (doors) and rest of the room on expedia, and it was not a separate bedroom. This hotel is at best a 3 star...in need of upgrading and truer pics.

I was very disappointed because they gave me a room that they have forgotten to clean. They didn't have anyone to clean it so we were moved to another room with less beds. When I spoke to the manager for a partial refund she said but you still got a room right. The room was different than what I have booked and we had to wait an hour to get another room. Then she said she will speak to Expedia and get back to me and after a few days still didn't hear from her. So I ended up solving it myself with Expedia. Wasn't going to write a bad review until they decided to not take the mistake they did seriously and acted like it was not a big deal!
