The room was clean, the staff courteous. And the breakfast bar was good.

We asked to get more pillows for the sofa pull out and the staff declined. The blanket inside the sofa bed was dirty. When we went to the pool, someone vomited next to the pool and it took a long time to get someone in to clean it. Not a good experience. The Wyndham chain is usually our favourite chain. However we will never book with this hotel again

Staff were friendly. Kids had fun on the watersides. Towels were stalked at the pool. Breakfast was fresh. Self made waffles and some kind of egg and meat option. Hotel was a little on the older side. Pull out couches are not very comfortable but the main beds are very cozy.

Check in was quick and easy. Friendly staff. The common areas are dated but generally clean. Lack of attentiveness to detail in hotel maintenance in general. For example the hot tub has loose tiles. Burnt out lights in our room & bathroom, missing hook on shower door, hair conditioner pump not working. Grout in showers needs some attention. Breakfast - by the time I went down around 9 all of the tables were full and little selection left. But my son had been down earlier and had an omelette and sausage rounds which he said were good.

Staff are very accomodating and fixed the problem immediately. Hopefully the water in the water slide pool make it little bit warmer so that little kids will enjoy it longer. We enjoy our stay and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Icy , no pool and no notice the pool has been closed for quite awhile, bathroom door didn’t lock Breakfast area unclean including the coffee jugs and the tables, the floor had not been swept or scrubbed recently

The bathtub didn’t drain when you showered so had to stand in the gross water when showering.Native kids playing basketball in the hallway when we were trying to sleep banging around. Getting woke up early in the morning to a fire alarm going off and there wasn’t a fire. (Sand all over the hot tub to was gross too) Overall the worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel

Staff was helpful, waterslide and pool were great, room had lots of space to spread out

They gave someone else the room we booked. Had to take a completely different room that didn’t have the beds requested.
