Beautiful place Breakfast is great

This place is away from everything. You have to rely on uber or taxis to go anywhere. Public transportation route is a couple blocks away but you would have to hop from one line to another to get to the main attractions. Nothing within walking distance. The clean up if my room was always being done after 5:30, very inconvenient.

What a very beautiful stay we had while in Rome at the Astrid! The staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was good. Especially the Cappuccino!

A great hotel with tram and bus links towards the centre of Rome nearby. The room itself was very clean and was maintained daily and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also good.

Breakfast was decent and staff were friendly. However, our room was like a dungeon. Window faced into centre of hotel and made it seem really dark. Musty smell in room as well.

Staff

Most staff were very helpful. One wasn’t! There was construction in the room beside us. They were drilling in the walls at 6 am. We asked to changed room. The staff said oh the construction is done. Which is wasn’t! The shower was in a corner and the way the doors opened up you had to step in the shower sideways and even then it was a tight fit.

Joy in the breakfast room was a joy,the front desk clerks were great. I had a wonderful stay. Let me also add that housekeeping does an excellent job
