We stayed two nights in a queen room with balcony. The hotel is in a great location. Staff were polite and everything was clean. Our room was ok although it could do with some updating. The shower was very poor. Overall, I’d probably stay again for a very short stay and a reasonable price.

We stayed in Annecy for one day on the way from Geneva to Courchevel. The hotel is very conveniently located in front of the train station and a short walk from Old Town Annecy. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff, very close to the Hauptbahnhof (main railway station) but also walkably close to the medieval town centre. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience from the start at the concierge desk with Jose. Great personality, professionalism, friendliness! Ask him for a map of suggested areas of interest and unsafe areas of the city, and ask him for "staff's pick" of restaurants. It is extremely helpful. All staff members were friendly and helpful, but Jose went above and beyond expectations! Hotel is conveniently close to train and bus station, and popular tourist attractions.

I really liked my stay here. It was very close to the train station. Super clean and elegant.

Hotel is ok for a short stay. Very small rooms but that was known. Good aircon and location. Shower has no door and water goes all over the bathroom (which is tiny). Also no conditioner or proper hair shampoo just a shampoo/shower gel combo.
