This location was promoted with free breakfast and turned out I needed a coupon for it. No one ever mentioned this at my arrival. The lady in the morning of 8/19 around 8am was very rude with poor attitude. Eyeballing my daughter up and down.

They make me pay a deposit of 1000 pesos, front desk guy, was smoking drugs outside, the never, ever place a smile of welcome on their faces, the guy put me on hold for almos 3 hours, because my reservation trough Expedia don’t show up on their week system, terrible terrible!!!

It was okay for the price. No AC like they advertise. Also I reserved a 2 bed room and they gave me a 1 bed room.

This property was centrally located. Only blocks from Bellas Artes! Very nice and helpful front desk. Only negative is very firm bed and thin rough towels.

Estuvo bien, sin embargo las toallas ya sin muy viejitas, el baño huele un poco a humedad y el staff es amable pero cortante a la vez (No todos hay un joven que es muy amable, el encargado de las reservaciones, pero no está mucho tiempo ).

Really old building. Elevator didn't work sometimes. Staff was cold and unfriendly.
