This has been one of the best hotels I have ever stated. It exceeded my expectations, with constant room clenaing staff checking up on you and the food was so so good at the restaurant. There is a lot of things to do nearby and everything is less than 20 minutes around like plays Carrizalillo which was my favorite. turtle release and so much moreeee Would definitely satay here again !

Great location to stay. Staff were friendly and amazing. Beautiful rooms and ambiance. Restaurant connected had great food and service as well. The pools were relaxing and the beach was just steps away. We look forward to visiting and staying here again.

Rooms were very clean bed comfortable AC was good excellent staff very courteous and helpful Location is good but the entrance to the hotel Is the only thing they would need to make more appealing as it's not on the beach it is right across the street gave it a 4 star cause some rooms balcony is palm and tree debris not very nice to want to sit and enjoy coffee or the view Would be nice if they would make that area a garden worthy of a view

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with cervezas and water, which was a wonderful touch after traveling. Omar kindly helped carry our heavy luggage up several flights of stairs to our rooms, which we greatly appreciated. We traveled as a family of six, including both adults and children, and there was truly something for everyone. Marta led us through mezcal, coffee, and tortilla-making classes that were both educational and enjoyable. The kids especially loved painting colorful alebrijes and were excited to bring home their creations. The hotel served delicious food, and its convenient location allowed us to easily walk to many nearby restaurants. Salvatore even helped arrange a turtle release excursion on the beach. Our guide was fantastic, and participating in the release of the turtles was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that none of us will ever forget. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for authentic cultural experiences, warm hospitality, and unforgettable memories.

Nice property, staff is very kind. We booked for two nights, they checked us in early and upgraded our room because my daughter was not feeling well. Unfortunately we ended up leaving. They were really comprehensive and refunded us one night. We definitely plan to come back next year. Beautiful area!

Look great in the pictures but not real

This was our second time staying and this place is consistently good. Pool is clean, rooms are great, staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurants also a good choice.

My wife & I just stayed 9 nights for the first time in Puerto Escondido and Hotel Santa Fe. We arrived at Hotel Santa Fe and was greeted by the very courteous & helpful staff. The front desk manager Salvatore oversaw our room check in, showed us the property & amenities, and helpful for us in any activities we were interested in. Salvatore was excellent! The property is classic rustic style and the rooms are well appointed (got what you need). My wife and would like to point out how comfortable our King mattress bed was in our suite. We slept very well the entire stay. We loved the cleanliness of our room and the property as well. We ate in the restaurant every day and it is very good plus amazing views of the beach across the street. Enjoy watching sunsets every night from the comfortable outdoor seating. Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Santa Fe and we are looking forward to returning sooner than later. Thank you, John & Rosa K

It is a wonderful place to stay. location,staff,close to all.my second time here.i will do it again.

This was an excellent family hotel, it had a terasse and restaurant overlooking the beach, two pool areas (we used the one for families as it had a pool for small children as well), and great big rooms with good showers. All went really well, rooms were kept clean and everything went well. Pools were warm and comfortable. In March, we didn't need the AC on yet at night, as we just used the ceiling fan and windows open, but I imagine that from May to August it's also needed.
