I actually had almost no issues with anything or anyone during my stay as my room was clean and properly supplied, the staff were friendly and helpful. About the only problem was the heating/air conditioning unit. It came on every 5 minutes and the fan was rather loud even with the speed set at its lowest. Made for a very disruptive sleep.

Clean room, clean outside area, well lit parking lot, no tub but a walk-in shower instead, very well kept and all carpets were clean including hallway and entrance.

Hotel staff was nice but room cleaning services was not good.

No hot water, was told it would be fixed in a couple hours and was not. Couldn't take a shower in the morning before check out and the front desk staff were rude when I addressed it at checkout! Terrible customer service all around.
