Room clean , bedding changed frequently. Enlargement mirror fitted a touch too low - no way of adjusting it ! Staff on the whole pleasant and friendly. Probably will stay in Arosa again in the future .

Perfect stay again. On 2 previous occasions I’ve asked for an iron and ironing board, and on this occasion this was provided ready in my room. Great attention to detail, and new breakfast room is perfect.

Great hotel in Paderborn, staff friendly and always willing to help. Missing a gym and breakfast is a ridiculous price

We had a very good experience with the hotel.

The air conditioning was weak. We asked for another room with better a/c and they told us it would be an upgrade. That is not acceptable.

Everything was perfect. Very spacious walk-in shower and clean, comfortable room.

Good parking right outside the hotel front door. Very friendly staff. Complimentary ice cream in reception was a very nice touch.

Fantastic hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highlight was the swimming pool and sauna area.

We had a really great stay at the hotel couldn't fault it at all, had the pool, sauna and steam room to ourselves which was another bonus, the rooms were very clean and modern, we will be staying again next time we visit

We had the opportunity to spend 6 nights (during Christmas week) at the Best Western property. Staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was Fabulous and the property had so much to offer! I highly recommend this Hotel.

Last minute change of plan landed me here. Thankful for having changed plans. Hotel location was amazing for access to Christmas markets and town centre. Restaurant is cosy and the food good.

The hotel was good but obviously service was basic due to coronavirus restrictions. The Internet was extremely poor and unavailable for most of my stay. After I reported that the Internet was not available the front desk lady informed me that it was due to too many people using it !,,, Bed was comfortable breakfast was adequate room was clean etc etc

Hotel good room good but heating system very loud and prevented a good nights sleep Would recommend this hotel however Central to town centre

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was confusion about whether or not you needed to sign up for breakfast the night before - it was indicated that we did, but some staff didn't seem to think it was necessary.
