Breakfast was great, the restaurant was accommodating with great staff. Delicious as well. Hot-tub was broken which was unfortunate as this locations hot-tub is a huge bonus I usually enjoy. Clean all over, great stay.

Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. I had a poolside room with my grandsons and would highly recommend. They had so much fun. Restaurant food and staff was great. Would definitely recommend and will stay again

Nice spacious room, with couch, chair, wet bar, fridge. Good sized shower and bath, big comfy bed. Dresser, a big TV. Great resto for dinner and breakfast!

Clean room, friendly staff, good food in the restaurant for dinner, we got to go breakfasts and one person in our party has celiac disease and they were helpful with ensuring he had a gluten free to go Breakfast too.

Parking for accessible and the entrance are not clearly marked and it’s in the back of the property. Like accessible was an afterthought. The main door to get to the accessible room does t have an accessible door opener.

We had a wonderful stay....love the pool, spent alot of time there.... Breakfast was very good, a great menu to choose from... And the staff was very friendly.

The front desk staff - amazing. Truly people first service. The 3rd floor air conditioner was blowing full force in the hallway making it about 20 degrees colder than the rooms. This was reported to the staff. Breakfast was included and was the best breakfast ever. No cold cereal and boxed eggs. Fresh everything and the coffee was perfect.

Took awhile to get hot water in the shower and sink. Other than that, all was fine.

Greated by a very nice staff member when checking in! Room was clean. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. The breakfast included was great portions and delicious! The kitchen/restaurant were short staff around dinner but still provided great servixe and delicious food!

Stay was good. Was exactly as pictured for the pool view 2 bed room. The chlorine smell is strong in the room even when the door is closed which was fine for us but might be an issue for others, i would choose a non pool side view if its an issue for that reason.The "arcade" is actually just a pool table, there are swim classes in the mornings in the pool and events in the gym as well so its very busy for those reasons. Staff was very kind. The restaurant was nice, the food was delicious but the morning rush was way too much for one person to work, it was painful to watch the morning waitress try to juggle everyone for the 2 days we stayed. The kids loved the pool and had a great time. Couldnt cast my phone or open aps to log in on the tv to watch netflix or disney though, We tried many different options and in the end, we were stuck with basic cable and one kids channel. No big deal but it didnt work haha. Thanks for the stay, will recommend.

I made a reservation well in advance. When we arrived to check in, the room I booked was not available due to a maintenance issue. I was not advised of this ahead of time. My booking price was reduced by the amount difference of the room only. I was very disappointed, and I was not compensated for my inconvieniece.
