Enjoyed my stay here including breakfast and short walk to SkyTrain.

Room is clean and breakfast very good.

Better rooms with better ac

Hotel room smell off and the bathroom also had like a residue you smell. The HVAC units are extremely old. Very unpleasant stay. Not recommend.

Staff was very responsive and helpful

It's a good place you get what you pay for. We did the trick for two nights while our renovation was taking place in our suite. Breakfast was so so it ran out 15 minutes to go but all in all not too bad.

Don’t waste your money on this hotel the room was dirty and run down.

Toilet was plugged our second night there, the staff member on was no help and told me that "it was late to call maintenance." (was roughly 830pm). I then asked if there was a different room we could move into (as I have 3 young kids), no hotel was "sold out." Finally I asked for a plunger, and worked it out on my own. Would not stay here again.

Breakfast was pretty average, parking was fine. Nice that they had one EV charger. Property is so badly run down and anywhere that has carpet stinks. Pool is scary

Well located between New West, Burnaby, Coquitlam. Good parking. Breakfast is adequate.

Only positive was the breakfast bar. Booked 3 rooms for a sports group. Each room was terrible. Could not change hotels due to lack of availability during competitions. Bathroom wall was falling apart. Huge hole where the tub faucet was installed, stained countertop. Dead bugs around toilet.Toilets that barely flushed. Spiders that refused to be rinsed down the drain. Dust and debris between the wall and bed frame. Stained and musty towels. Missing knobs for lamps. Hallways smelling like mold and room spray to cover it. Overall would recommend to avoid staying at this hotel. We kept all of the luggage on stands and had shoes on at all times.

A dated property, located in a run-down part of the city, at an intersection close to Hwy #1...very noisy. Didn't bother to try the complimentary breakfast...just wanted to get out of there.
