Excellent breakfast and clean breakfast room!

Room was clean but needs some maintenance. Room had a bit of a musty smell which went away after I opened patio door and let some air in. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Views of the water were excellent. Would stay again

Carpet in the room could use replacing or a wash, every other day room maintenance would be better than every 3 days as is currently provided. Morning breakfast is definitely a bonus and great service. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall exterior of the property could use a painting and some renovating to be more modern. It's a beautiful location being right across from beaches and ocean and walking paths.

Location is central. The grounds are very clean. The rooms are very dated. Showers, fixtures and lighting very dated. Shower curtains are way too long and shower tub was in very poor condition. The beds were comfortable, room service cleaned the room everyday. Front staff was helpful and friendly. Overall bang for the buck is pretty good

​Check-in staff were fabulous, but this place is absolutely disgusting. My husband and I travel frequently and have stayed in 2-star to 5-star places; we have never left a hotel before, but we fled this one within an hour. There is a difference between dated and filthy. ​The "deluxe" room was gross and musty. There were dirt and crumbs in the entryway, a dirty bathroom with rusted fixtures, burn holes in the carpet, and a kitchenette smelling of old grease. ​The pool area (in a separate building requiring an intercom entry) looked nasty and the water was filthy. The hot tub is permanently covered with wood, and the sauna is padlocked shut with a rusty lock. ​We went back to regroup and tried to call the desk to ask about a jetted-tub room, but the room phone didn't even have a dial tone. I used my cell, but no other rooms with a jetted tub were available. ​We checked out immediately. Because we booked via Hotels.com, the front desk couldn't refund us. Hotels.com later contacted the manager, who flat-out refused a refund. Management and ownership should be ashamed. I don't know how they get away with charging $200+ under the Ramada name. ​We moved to the Naturally Pacific Resort for the same price and it was an immaculate, 5-star contrast. Highly recommend them instead. ​Do not stay at the Ramada Campbell River. Believe the negative reviews. This is honestly the worst accommodation we have ever seen.

Great value for the price!

Staff was amazing. Rooms are outdated and smell. Couldn’t quite put my finger on it, I’m sure if they redid the carpet floors and steam cleaned the couches maybe it would have been fresher.

The older guy was rude beyond words. Could not believe the brutal service.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful with local information. Rooms were clean. Need direction on how to use tv with cable channels.

Room a good size. Tired bath and balcony. Door to balcony difficult to open. Nice towels. Breakfast is no way continental style or standard. Nice eatery/pub next door. There are nicer places to stay even at the cheaper end of pricing.

The room was very clean. The hotel itself is quite dated, but we had everything we needed. Breakfast was surprisingly good and freshly made.

Given a room that was very different layout and not acceptable, Complained and got an acceptable room. Second staff member sensitive to our concern.
