I liked the location of the property. This hotel used to be a Hilton, which was nice, but since it has been taken over by another company, it seems to be not well looked after. The furniture in the room was chipped in a lot of places. The bathroom extractor fan wasn’t working, the bathroom door handle was loose and felt like it was going to fall off. The tv remote control had the cover missing from the back. The AC wasn’t blowing any air and kept shutting off. The hotel could do with an update. The staff were good though, and the breakfast buffet was tasty

We stayed for an overnight stay after a very bad experience at Orsett hall at Orset despite being 4 stars. The stay at forest pine hotel was spectacular and me and the wife managed to recharge our batteries and relax even better than planned. Staff are great and very helpful and always willing to do the extra mile to guarantee the best quality experience to every guest “.

Very nice stay golf excellent spa lovely only problem with bedroom was no drinking glasses in room and bathroom and only one soft pillows on bed overall very nice would stay again

Stay was excellent as was breakfast. There was a minor issue at check in with the room not been the one we booked but this was sorted immediately.

Lovely stay, after a day of golf, very pleasant and very comfortable, breakfast was also lovely

Excellent service as always, especially the special touch for our anniversary. General cleanliness good, decor a little dated. Bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was leaning a little so had to bolster the mattress with a cushion on one side. Never enough tea bags! Fairly quiet. Signposting to the spa area could be better.

Noising plumbing pump near room 110, went off every 10 mins, didn’t sleep the best as I’m a light sleeper

Cleand tidy rooms. Everything you need, besides no fridge in the room. Ideally would be better with one in. Beds are very comfy also!
