room is soooo small, others okay

The hotel was very comfortable and in a great location. Unfortunately, it was raining when I stayed there, so I couldn't walk around and enjoy the surroundings.

The wall is so thin. You can hear people walking past the room or people next door talking, or the phone vibrating. It 's so bad. The room is OK, but the location is good. Easily accessible to many restaurants.

My friend and I booked two separate rooms and we got rooms on two different buildings which is not even the ITC hotel building. The worst thing is that I got to carry my luggages up the three narrow stairs without any help. Apart from that the location was great and staff are friendly.
