Other staff/officer can more kind to the guest than the front office/reception staff! Please improve that service.

About 10-15 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol airport, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. But there was something annoying, when my family and I had waited 40 minutes for a free shuttle there were other tourist groups who claimed to have ordered the bus. But we ignored and the guests outside the other group also ignored, the madam tried to block us at the entrance of the bus, fortunately the back door of the bus was wide open so that we and other guests could enter the bus and arrive at the airport on time .

A pleasant experience! The hotel is very close to Schiphol Airport (about 15 minutes drive) and also near Hoofddorp where my girlfriend lives. The check-in and check-out process is very easy. The room is comfortable and quite spacious. In the bathroom there is also a separate bathtub and shower. There is also a swimming pool, spa and sauna room. And across from there is a restaurant so if you want to eat just cross it.

We book the suite, the room is big and spacious for 4 people

Its a great experience.. Always be my first choice to stay at my last day in NL before my flight
