The hotel was clean with friendly staff and a nice relaxing atmosphere.

Housekeeping was exceptional. Provided daily services. Front desk staff was also very friendly. They made us feel comfortable after leaving a very bad situation through Expedia booking.

Very nice staff. Van driver very friendly and offering help at every turn. The room had a bit of a “musky” smell. That’s the reason for the 4stars.

The bed was incredible. Soft, yet supportive. I wish I'd had more time to sleep!

Awesome accommodation

My stay was excellent from start to finish. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and incredibly welcoming. The staff was courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting that I almost forgot I was away from home. It truly felt like I lived there. From the comfortable accommodations to the outstanding customer service, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Not much to see in Belize City. It was a stop over on our way to San Pedro, close to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay. It. Was the perfect spot to hang out in between San Pedro and the airport. The hotel helped me celebrate my birthday

We only stayed one night between flights. But we had a lovely stay. Very clean and comfortable. Also great restaurant for an evening meal and drinks!

The room was beautiful and super clean! We loved the pool and the fact that there was a bar easily accessible right there. Annika, the concierge, was super amazing and always available to help us with booking shuttles and timelines of how early to arrive/what to expect when traveling to other places. Overall, it was an amazing stay and highly recommended by us

Hotel was in good condition; staff were attentive and were flexible in providing good service. Only negativity was the wi-fi speed in the rooms, it tended to be slow and fickle. There was no upgrade option to high speed internet. They arrange transport for me and helped out when a tour I booked was cancelled. So I ended up with a private tour, at around the same price as the other tour. Room above me had issues, no effect on me, but they upgraded me to a better room which was nice and helped me move.

Great place to stay at

From the moment I made my reservation I was contacted by the property about all parts of my trip.I was met at the airport by a member of the staff waiting with a sign. The staff at the hotel met me with a smile and catered to my every need and want. The room and property was beautiful and clean and all of the staff were unbelievable kind. All the food and drinks were amazing. Wonderful place to stay.
