This hotel knowingly checked us in even though they knew our floor wouldn’t have hot water. Their customer service is garbage and their hotel is unkept. Even if they aren’t trying to hose you I would suggest not to stay here

The staff were friendly and polite The beds were so comfy Unfortunately we stayed two nights and both mornings there was no hot water. So showered in cold and the room was not cleaned or made up in between days Being in industrial area not great. No where to walk to Asked for some compensation for all and told you will get an email about it. Noone to talk to so charged full prices. Lets see. Not impressed at all

The AC in the room I stayed in didn't work. The hotel was going to send someone up to look at it but I told them not to bother after no one showed up after over an hour. There was no hot water on Friday when more people checked in. On Thursday when I checked in there was pretty much no cars in the parking lot and there was hot water so there is an obvious boiler issue. The property is just not maintained and I wouldn't stay again.

The room was amazing. The staff were amazing. We did not try the breakfast as we were meeting family elsewhere for breakfast. The parking was easily accessed. We would stay again.

Quite run down, seems a bit abandoned, skeleton crew of staff. Breakfast is not good. Not good value overall.

Rooms were dirty, evening front desk staff didn't know what a freezer was, nothing but excuses from the staff, worst service and hotel.

Check in was fine. Was woken up in the middle of the night by a noise that can only be described as a plane passing over the hotel. Problem was that this noise continued for 2 hours straight. The noise was continuous and not coming from anything in our room. No microwave in the room (most hotels have a fridge and microwave in rooms nowadays). Then when I got up in the morning and turned on the water for a shower, the water was ice cold and didn't warm up at all. After not being able to take a shower, we checked out. We gave our concerns to the person on the desk and he told us that the hot water was not working anywhere in the hotel (so they knew this but neglected to tell us). He pretty much just shrugged his shoulders. Extremely disappointed in this hotel for the price we paid. Will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone else.

Room was clean. There was no hot water. It has been broke for a while. Staff said it just happened. The bathroom had a couple of broken tiles and the shower curtain was hanging at an angle. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was a condenser not soap. The bed was comfortable. TV did not work. Breakfast was minimal. Not recommended.

We only stayed one night. The hotel was clean, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection. That said, the lobby felt unusually large and empty, which gave it a bit of an odd atmosphere. The biggest disappointment was that there was no hot water in our room, so we weren’t able to shower. If the hot water issue is resolved, this could be a much better place to stay.

The hotel has not been maintained. Closet doors off the rail. No hot water. AC not working. Toilets continue to run. I would not recommend this hotel

Very clean room

The room had a nauseating smell to it and the air conditioner did not work properly. The temp. was 25C when we got there at 10 PM. We called the front desk , but there was no answer. We finally got it to start up, but it didn't keep the room temp. to what we had set it for. It was extremely hot all night and along with the bad smell in the room, we did not have a good sleep. Breakfast was ok.

Upon arriving, there was a 10 minute wait as no one was at the front desk and there was a line up for check in. Room was okay with comfortable beds. Hot water took a mininum of 5 minutes to reach a tolerable temperature and for 2 days it never got hot at all. The place looks abandonded as there is no staff anywhere. There was only 1 staff member at the front desk and that's all we saw. We stayed for 3 nights, and no one came to clean our room. We ran out of towels and I had to ask the front desk for towels mutiple times. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.

Deserted and creepy hotel. parking lot empty so parking is good. Not great beds. I do not believe they have even seen a vacuum Air conditioning and tv didn't work. Pool needed a pass to get in but the caustic chemical next door was open, so dangerous. we really couldn't wait to get out of this hotel. I think it is close to being shuttered. The one staff was confused, we were not greeted and we bothered him when we needed help. Bad experience all around, I felt bad booking here, for my family. Don't do it! All other reviews also tell the story well, I should have read them!

Hot water took (like 10mims) forever to come. Lighting in hall way too dark. It is hard to see even the keycard

Had no hot water. Had to ask multiple times for it to be fixed. Had hot water 2 times the entire stay. Floors were sticky in lobby and elevators, need more options for breakfast. Room was neat and tidy and clean.

Staff were accommodating, hotel however was a very nice entrance. Very big. But appeared like they are going out of business. Only using 1 floor of the hotel. All seemed dated. Low staff. Restaurant closed. Very cheap breakfast. Old coin only vending machines. Rooms were pretty clean but not 100%. Nothing terrible to say but I’d probably stay somewhere else next time

The beds were clean. The whole hotel had a weird vibe to it. It was almost like it was abandoned, and there was nobody around, big portions of it were closed off, and the lighting was dim security doors didn’t work or lock properly. The whole property seemed kind of unkempt with trash, laying around little balls of dust everywhere garbage in the parking lot. It was like it was rundown and they weren’t able to keep up with it. All of the window glass was very dirty as well. The pool area roof was almost coming off, and the pool area was soaked with no towels the place kinda gave me a feeling like the movie The Shining; strange. I wouldn’t ever stay there again.

Friendly staff and affordable. Nice quiet location with great accessibility to Henday.
