Stayed there for 2 nights. Faced a problem with staff talking & understanding English. Service was not up to expectations. Hotel far from city center. A lot of annoying noises at night from the neighborhood. Use taxi applications & dont depend on hotel ordering one since it might take long.

I booked a room for 3 adults on Expedia for 3 single beds. I got a room firstly with 2 single beds then a room with 2 single beds and a child's bed for an adult. Also, no duvet for the child's bed.

Was just about to check in and asked where the pool was only to be told it was closed mud sept 28 degrees. Hence did not check in and went to hotel nelva where pool was open.!

the hotel is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, but there is a lack of fresh fruit.

was not aware that there was no food and beverage service (room service or restaurant) on the weekends. We did meet a great bartender who made great drinks and ham and cheese sandwiches!

Lovely one nighter with some friends in the City. Great city for walking and the hotel is just 30 minutes walk located from the cathedral. Clean property, lovely service and funny shower in the room. All good.

Very friendly staff on check in. Helpful with info when required. Beautiful comfortable bed and room very clean, also the bathroom, plenty of towels supplied. Bar area nice but they ran out of drink! Very convenient tram stop across road, €1.05 fare to get to city then a bit of a walk.
