Superb value for money. Clean, friendly and decent service.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Faced a problem with staff talking & understanding English. Service was not up to expectations. Hotel far from city center. A lot of annoying noises at night from the neighborhood. Use taxi applications & dont depend on hotel ordering one since it might take long.

I booked a room for 3 adults on Expedia for 3 single beds. I got a room firstly with 2 single beds then a room with 2 single beds and a child's bed for an adult. Also, no duvet for the child's bed.

Was just about to check in and asked where the pool was only to be told it was closed mud sept 28 degrees. Hence did not check in and went to hotel nelva where pool was open.!

the hotel is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, but there is a lack of fresh fruit.

was not aware that there was no food and beverage service (room service or restaurant) on the weekends. We did meet a great bartender who made great drinks and ham and cheese sandwiches!

Lovely one nighter with some friends in the City. Great city for walking and the hotel is just 30 minutes walk located from the cathedral. Clean property, lovely service and funny shower in the room. All good.

Very practical hotel for a business trip on the outskirts of Murcia, walking distance (30 min) to the city center.

Very friendly staff on check in. Helpful with info when required. Beautiful comfortable bed and room very clean, also the bathroom, plenty of towels supplied. Bar area nice but they ran out of drink! Very convenient tram stop across road, €1.05 fare to get to city then a bit of a walk.

Nice hotel in the city

Check in was quick and early. I was in my room by 12. noon. The receptionist was pleasant and smiling. The room is clean and bright with a great walk in shower. There is a chest of drawers for storage and wardrobe. Quiet.Comfortable bed. Good comfortable armchairs and useful table. Good lighting for reading. A window with a view. Decent cold fridge. Breakfast was pretty ordinary not much more than a simple continental breakfast. Although the coffee was good as was the fresh juices. I would recommend the hotel but would avoid breakfast. There is a Lidl and a Carrefour with a Burger king nearby but not much else. A quiet and feels safe neighbourhood. If you don't want to walk in to the centre there's a tram opposite which for euro 1 and 5 Cents will take you most of the way.

I will recommend this hotel without fear of being mistaken. Small, clean and with all amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and productive. Great location wih a supermarket next to it, beautiful zone and across the rail stop that in about 5 minutes it will take you to downtown historical Murcia.

Very nice hotel. Tram right outside which takes you right into the center for 1.20 return.
