Great room and accommodated to extra towels when asked

We were very disappointed as the bathroom was dated, the toilet seat, shower head and rail were broken. The lift bounced several times so we got out of it. There were dead flies in a photo frame in the hallway. Having said this breakfast and the staff were good.

It is not the first time we use this hotel. We are always very satisfy. It is a very friendly hotel, staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. We traveled with 3 dogs and felt very very welcome. It is very convenient for highway, shopping and safe place where to stay.

A very nice hotel. Pros. Great staff Location for Mont Blonc tunnel. Comfortable and well equipped rooms Shops near by Cons Both stays ruined by very loud noise from school kids staying in adjacent rooms Not the greatest breakfast. Its a shame about the noise as i would have rated this alot higher but i ended up having to use ear plugs to hide the noise.

Hotel ottimo e comodo per girare nei dintorni di Aosta! La colazione molto buona. Unico appunto da fare, durante la notte abbiamo trovato le temperature un po’ elevate, senza la possibilità di spegnere il riscaldamento.

We stayed 7 nights in hotel Express. So far hotel is clean , well maintained, rooms big enough, bed comfortable , bathroom clean . WiFi didn’t work well most of times unfortunately, not sure what the issue but will recommend to fix it . Staff if pleasant, professional and helpful, breakfast was ok . Across the street huge supermarket, done dining , in general this is nice hotel , recommend.

The hotel has been refurbished since my last visit ( Oct 22) and they have done a great job. Nice clean look , genourpus sized room and a friendly and helpful welcome at reception

Very good hotel overall! Friendly and helpful staff, free parking on site, large rooms, not too far from ski cable car and city centre!

Functional, spacious hotel good for a brief stopover. Be careful not to follow the satnav onto the motorway as it costs nearly 12 euros each way to access the hotel which makes it a very expensive overnight stay. Access the hotel carpark via the Carrefour next door...

A nice hotel with the feeling of an old Holiday Inn Express. Its an ideal stopover place, close to a supermarket and other shops.

It was ok a bit basic but comfortable

Very efficient booking in Warm welcome. The room was clean Tidy and With some complimentary water. No plane noise at all and the restaurant downstairs is excellent value.

Liked the location, close to motorway and good selection of shops close by.

We were just stopping over on our way to UK. Hotel is local area is surrounded by mountains and you can see good view of Mont Blanc. Stopping over for one night is good and we are using this hotel last few times. Rooms are bit outdated but enjoyable. Breakfast is simple . Staffs are friendly
