We had a very good stay. Love the location. Can walk to GO station to get GO train to downtown Toronto. Room was clean, pool was well maintained, breakfast had lots of options.

Clean bed and sheets, room floor dirty. Shower dirty. Hallway smelled of rotting food left by delivery company. Air conditioning good. Breakfast is very basic selection but ok. ✅

I was able to find a great price for a two night stay at this location visiting family so really I can’t complain. The property/room was clean but could use a refresh ie carpets, bed covers - or at least have them professionally cleaned. I’m also quite sure that the building is entirely wooden construction so you hear everything which can be disturbing - so bring earplugs if you like quiet, even on the top floor 😊 The included breakfast is a nice touch but very basic. Check in/out was quick and easy, staff were welcoming/nice and the location is perfect for everything including a short walk to the go train. I’d stay again. Thanks

Was not able to stay in the room i reserved. Was provided a small discount for my inconvenience. But the room no longer met the needs of my family. The room was in poor repair. Pull out, mattress was very old and had a poor quality mattress. Furniture was damaged. Hotel staff was not able to bring additional towels to my room. I had to retrieve them on my own. Hot water did not last and long enough for a shower. Would not recommend or ever bring my family back.

Check in was easy, staff was helpful, rooms and hotel is dated. Pool area is well maintained. Room itself was just ok, fairly clean, our toilet ran all night long.

Horrible experience i would never recomend anyone staying at this property. Hookers hotel .... i felt so uncomfortable having my daughter there . Dirty bed sheets dried blood on wall ... horrible staff. Was supposed to be a smoke free hotel both rooms smelt like a legit ash tray . Disgusting

The breakfast was fine. However, the TV system with Rogers Nextbox worked poorly, despite several reboot attempts (couldn't get one TV to work at all). We experienced a similar problem with their TVs at our 1st stay there in Sept 2024 and had left a complaint about it then.

Amazing reception

We had an issue with our toilet, the seat was broken. We tried to call down to the front desk but our phone was not working. Went down and waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone showed up. Manager on Duty Raj, switched our rooms. New room had no closet, no where to hang jackets/clothes, window was broken, glass had a crack from one end to the other. Floor was first and sticky, and bottle of shampoo was empty. Terrible all around. And the price was way too much for the condition of the property. Will never stay here again, and will never recommend to any of my clients.

My only concern was the pillows were small and the mattress too giving..not firm everywhere. The whole building was very clean

Clean, convenient location

Stayed here for one night on April 25-26 Arrived a few mins after check in got all set up and then i went up to the room they ga e me and the hotel staff was outside the room with the door open.. not sure if they even started cleaning it or was in the process of doing it.. anyways thats fine mistakes happen went down and got another room but thats not even the worst part I had stepped out to go to the store and when i got back there was this couple using a keycard to go into the new room that they assigned me! We all go downstairs and they said it was thier fault and they did not vhange it in the system that they gave me another room so to them the second room they gave me was available like what if i was sleeping or even didnt get back in time to catch them before they entered.. whos to say they wouldnt go through my stuff.. anyways thats something that should NEVER happen again !

Breakfast was okay but the swimming pool they have the classes there and my kids were not able to enjoy the swimming pool they have to swim at restricted area the pool is for the guest and not for the swimming classes really disappointed.

The room was overall clean, however the bed sheets and pillow cases had some ingrained stains on them and the AC and heating unit was a bit old. The manager on duty Raj was super helpful when I checked-in. The breakfast was very average - cold boiled eggs, very basic bread and bagel and I didn't really appreciate the old indian man who was taking care of the breakfast area constantly monitoring and going in and out instead of leaving everyone in peace. Seemed a bit excessive.

It’s a very good place to stay over at very affordable Price.

Overall my stay was good. The waffle maker at breakfast wasn't very good but there were other options for food. My room was clean and comfortable with lots of convenient outlet to plug in devices.

Staff were very nice & room was clean. The 3rd floor had a bit of a musty smell in the hallway & this hotel houses a lot of construction workers so there was a lot of big trucks running outside at 5 am and heavy work boots stomping around very early.

Second visit in 2 weeks - pool still good, breakfast still carb heavy, but loved that there was a breakfast at all. Check in was easy and room still fine for a nights sleep - however - as I was trying to get my kid to bed at 9:30pm she pointed out that smeared on the wall were several boogers. It looked as though a previous occupant was laying in bed and just picked their nose and wiped it on the wall. So gross, but we had to get up very early for a dance competition so we just went to bed. I informed the front desk about this, but yeah....basically I was told that we should have asked for another room that night.....at 9:30pm with us having to get up very early.....not super impressed with that one.
