Door didn't lock , waited for 15 min before someone came to check in. Door was already opened and would not lock. Needed to get another room.

Very clean room

The hotel was tired - old - and definitely needs a redo. The chair in the room was ripped. The light shade was dented in. The carpets in the hall - smelly and stained.

The bed was the most decent clean thing. The tv in the bedroom did not work , sofas was filthy full of stains my mom had to use a towel to sit on the sofa. Also the radiator in the washroom was full of mold and who puts a sink outside the bathroom. Definitely will not be going back.

Hotel was ok. Rooms were small and so was the pool. Strong smell of chlorine when you walk in. Breakfast was the same everyday, with no hot foods/meats other than waffles. Staff was very friendly and super helpful.

The room was dirty. The door had been previously busted open. The shower was dirty and the bottom of the bathroom door was coming apart. The bed covering was stained. The lamp on the table did not work and the lamp shade was damaged. I have never stayed in such a dilapidated room. Had it not been for the winter storm I would not have stayed there. There were also "questionable" ladies with rooms there. Total disaster!

Good location, plenty of amenities nearby. Good proximity to lakefront park. Busy road noise if room is at the front of the building. All the basics are covered.

No insonorisation, could hear the room above partying untill 5 am. Got a flood in my bedroom from the room above. Told the lobby, they never at least apologised for the inconvenients. Will never book there again.

The toilet wouldn't stop running. Staff came but needed to get parts. We had to leave for a surprise party so couldn't wait. They entered the room while we were gone. The toilet wouldn't flush still. my husband discovered the only way to flush was to push down on the float so the tank would fill, every time you wanted to flush. So not fixed. Now the tv didn't work. The front desk came to fix it but were unable, said they had to call Rogers cable. By now it was 11:00 pm and when we didn't get a call back we just went to bed. Night table was sticky so I had to wipe it. Very noisy I think because it's an adjoining room. Since it was a wheelchair accessible room, which we did not request, lots of damage to furniture and door, little vanity space

Showers was backing up. Room didn't seem very clean.

Unfortunately the first room we were provided was in very poor shape. The chair was dirty and had a cigarette burn on it, amp shades were dented & dirty. The room was not cleaned very well. Baseboards were dusty & it was dirty behind the door. Moved to a 2nd room which was marginally better. Chair was stained and there was no desk chair.

Everything was very nice.
