The front staff was nice and the room was clean.

The amenities are not constant

Mexico was experiencing increased cartel-related violence, which led our company to cancel the work trip due to safety concerns. Unfortunately, Wyndham did not allow a refund or a postponement, so I had to absorb the cost.

Excellent attention and service. The room was very clean. The only downside is that I stayed on the 4th floor, and the hallway carpet had a rather unpleasant smell.

Hotel is outdated and plumbing faucets in restrooms are not always working properly. Time for new faucets Wyndam. The good thing is hotel location and clean rooms.

Bad customer service, room wasn't ready. Breakfast very limited.

Nice hotel, pretty quiet even with a large group of young sports teams.

Rooms wasn’t clean they only made the bed and needed more toilet paper and the coffee was watered down and food wasn’t great had a weird taste and the water made me sick

Not hot water and We don’t receive any help for the issue outside temperature was cold so we really need to have hot water !! Front desk only responding if you walk In to the lobby because Our room has no phone line Breakfast buffet food ends 30 minutes early and they don’t make more if you ask for help or questions about they respond with actitud
