Location of the hotel is perfect. Only comment is that you will get street noise so if you are really sensitive to it then just take that into account. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was good and the addition of a fridge (that actually does get cold) was a nice addition. I never tried the breakfast or bar so cant comment but i did feel this hotel missed not having room service even if just a limited food and drink menu. Would i stay again. Yes. The location is great.

We had a terrible experience in this hotel. Someone entered our room because the receptionist gave an access card to him without checking his ID

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la cochera es muy buena y el desayuno excelente. La habitación debería tener mejor jabón y enjuague para el pelo. El duchero es un poco incómodo. Resto muy buen.

Great location for the Port however it’s noisy outside so sleep quality not great. We had room 102 which is modern, clean and comfortable with great air con. It always seemed dark though and when you open your doors next doors balcony faces into your room so no privacy. If I lay in bed with door open they would be able to see me. Fortunately the room seemed to be empty but that would put me off for future. We asked for early check in this didn’t happen I also left my number to call when room ready this didn’t happen either. It’s a strange hotel the staff aren’t at all friendly and you feel like you don’t belong. Breakfast was nice. I’d stay again but 2 nights max as no pool is an issue.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff

Lovely stay, very clean room and hotel. Quite a lot of noise as I had a city view but that can’t be helped. Would stay again if I had a room a bit further from the street.

It got off to a bad start when we didn't have hot water for a day. However, the response time was quick, and the plumber was knowledgeable and sorted the issues as timely as possible. If it wasn't for the kindness of the plumber, I would have complained more. However, it takes one person to turn something around.

The place misses atmosphere. Puerto Banus was disappointing
