No cup for coffee and clean the room single day and no water in the room.

Really good place to stay

No trash cans or toilet paper available. Had to go to reception to ask for both. Was given TP, but no trash can. Supposedly the rooms were recently remodeled and they forgot to order new trash cans. Not even trash bags provided.

It was goood I use to stay across the street or next door hotels but decided to make this one my permanently hotel wen I come to mexicali.but idk anymore.there was aloooot of armed men at the place ifk if there cops or something else..

would not stay here again. The experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The bathroom smelled strongly like urine, which made the room feel dirty and unpleasant. The “blanket” on the bed was basically just a thin sheet, and the mattress was very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The customer service was also terrible. The staff was rude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them whenever we had a question. The pool was extremely overcrowded, and it seemed like many of the people using it weren’t even hotel guests. It was impossible to relax or enjoy the amenities because it felt more like a public pool than a hotel. Overall, this hotel did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or customer service. I would not recommend staying here and will definitely choose a different hotel the next time I’m in Mexicali.

We don’t have shampoo and toilet paper on the room

Only downside was the train ..loud around 5am and pool chair broken, other than that it was an okay stay.

Overall, I would give my stay a 3 out of 5. My main complaints were that there was no coffee available in the morning, no refrigerator in the room, and the TV was much too small. The room only had one roll of toilet paper and only two towels despite having two beds. Additionally, the beds were full-size rather than queen-size, which made them less comfortable than expected.

I love the pool

The outside was maintained. The cleaning of the room was not good roaches inside the room. The pillows really bad condition and mattress. The tub was not really clean.

It was clean and staff was friendly

Bed needs more sheets, AC is really nice, but later at night it gets colder.

Maybe because they are pet friendly, but this place stinks of urine and not just from pets. And the air conditioning was keeping me up all night.
