The room was dirty and smelly, and the view was obstructed by a dirty roof and trees, the whole hotel is rundown and smells bad

It was soo good to stay in that hotel, bewtiful beach a feets from the hotel rooms! A lot of Brasilian restaurants. Exelence in all the aspects!

Old building, cleaning products were smelly (I had to leave room windows opened), bed and pillows could have been more comfortable and towels were too old. However location is great, in front of Camburi beach

The staff was beyond welcoming! The room they placed us is in had plumbing cut out on the wall outside the door. We asked to switch rooms and had to pay for the upgrade. Blow dryer didn’t work and hotel towels were old and stained.

the place is old. You were painting but the tape was still on my door frame.

The bathroom was moldy the room smelled and after I had already paid through expedia the front desk attendant demanded more money at check out before I left. I will never stay here again.

Could be better No coffee/tea facilities

Great Location to experience locale life, culture and cuisine. Breakfast buffet was awesome with variety of fresh fruits, and meats. Plan to book another stay next year.

The Comfort Hotel is in a good spot on Camburi Beach. The rooms are clean enough and the breakfast was OK. We had to wait over an hour to get cheked in on the first night. The hotel didn't have a record of our booking through Expedia. This wasn't ideal considering we'd just spent 22 hours travelling On the last day I checked out without any problems. But my colleague who checked out later that day was presented with a bill for his room and my room. This was despite the fact we had paid Expedia the full amount in advance. He had to get the hotel to ring Expedia and confirm that payment had been made. We'd been there 6 nights, why didn't they do that earlier in the week? Clearly Expedia and the Comfort hotel were not talking to each other. I'm not even sure our rooms were reserved when we arrived at the hotel. Given how busy Vitoria was that week, we could have easily been left without a room.

Faltou mais opções de itens no café da manhã. Ar condicionado velho. Localização privilegiada de frente à beira mar.

O quarto estava em boas condições mas, ao entrar o cheiro estava desagradável, não estava cheiroso, o valor não corresponde ao serviço prestado, o valor parece que é cobrado pela localização, café da manhã simples, sem muita variedade, pedi um hambúrguer do restaurante, a carne estava horrível dura, não é uma carne de primeira qualidade.

Ótimo quarto, equipe educada e prestativa

O quarto em que ficamos é bem espaçoso, estava tudo limpo e organizado, inclusive o banheiro. Fácil acesso aos quartos, água, refrigerantes e cerveja disponíveis para beber no frigobar do quarto. A localização é o ponto alto, em frente à praia de Camburi e tem um quiosque que dá para passar o dia. Próximo também ao aeroporto e o café da manhã tem várias opções. Recomendo
