Quarto agradável, porém a limpeza deixou a desejar

Tudo impecável, o único problema foi a espera dos elevadores estive quase 15 minutos. O restante foi uma boa experiência.

To start the transportation/transfer from and to the airport was good (on time, and from the exact location mentioned). The receptionists were accommodating to an early check-in at 11:40 am (on a Sunday). The room was spacious. The A/C worked fine. Cleanliness was not bad. I stayed in room 2108 and the internet was horrible. It worked when I checked in until around 6:50 p.m then it never worked again in the room. I called down to reception to inform and they said they’d look into it but nothing was done. Had to go down to the hotel lobby to use the WiFi - not acceptable on today’s date where everywhere you have internet. The breakfast was good, even though not that many options. It had the basic where one can eat decent.

Clean room, silent, good breakfast

Cafe da manha medio, nada de excepcional. O quarto esta novo, limpp e organizado. Muito prazeroso. O chiveiro necessita renovacao. Sai pouca agua e a mistura nao é facil de acertar.

Staff where very helpful and the amenities and restaurants was perfect. Many thanks for the great stay.

Quarto aparentou ter sido limpo às pressas. Ainda tinha lixo nos cestos, mas nada nojento. Pia ainda estava molhada na bancada. Mas nao achei necessario comunicar a recepçao. Nao tornou desagradavel a estada nao.

Good facilities and reasonable price.

They need to improve the bathroom facilities, like the bathroom stall and the shower

The AirPort shuttle did not arrive, we ended Io taking an Uber. The shuttle was the reason we booked the Hotel. The beds werr the best ever! The Area though nothing

Gostei muito. Quarto espaçoso e muito bom!!

Check in rápido. Transfer pontual.jacuzzi ótima, a piscininha é aquecida mas precisa ficar agachado. Hotel tem 28 andares, quarto de ótimo tamanho. Café da manhã variado, sabor dos itens bem ok.
