Bonito hotel, excelente ubicación. La playa es hermosa, personal amable. Lo que no me gustó es que para el servicio de alimentos en la playa te dan utensilios desechables de plástico y sobres de catsup y sal. Y tristemente encuentras los cuchillos y tenedores en la playa, los ves entre la arena porque la gente no tiene el cuidado de depositarlos en la basura o dejarlos en sus platos para que los recojan los meseros, incluso vi aves sacando los sobres de catsup con su poquito para comerlos, Es realmente una pena que el hotel no tome cartas en el asunto en esto. Creo que por lo menos deberían dar cubiertos de madera u otro material ecológico o algo así. Y usar envases para los condimentos en vez de sobres.

Beautiful stay! Close to local entertainment center. Quiet beach. Great food!

The location is great, the rooms are spacious, and the staff were attentive. We were there during peak sargasso, but the staff did a great job of keeping the beach clean.

Brakefast was really good!! Every day something different, pool was amazing and safe, they always have a lifeguard on site and that's gave us a very good sense of safety. Convenient store just across the street, restaurants very close and walkable distance.

I like that bite as a smaller hotel and the property and gardens were lovely. The served a good breakfast buffet and had a beach front restaurant . I didn’t like that I couldn’t book the room of my choice or a beach view room ahead of time , you have to book a certain type of room ( suite, room etc . ) with no option as to where it is on the property. I have stayed there a few times and the first time paid extra for a great room. Next time I was put in the same type of room but facing a busy street , far from the pool and restaurant . Was not happy and was able to pay extra for bc a better location but why can’t I book ahead !

Staff very professional!

I had a lovely stay here. It was quiet and peaceful. The beach has the softest white sand. The staff were nice. The room was very clean. I look forward to returning. Muchas gracias por todo!

Outdated hotel. Our room was looking over maintenance gardening area, very noisy. Beach area poorly cared for, trash, dirty beach chairs.

The property is on the beach, small and quiet. It was perfect for me for just a few days. The food was good, the room was basic but did have a balcony. It was the week of my birthday so they had my room decorated when I got in and that was a nice touch. It’s in a walkable area and Senor Frog and other hot places on the strip are all within walking distance if that’s your cup of tea. The beach was clean but beware of sargassum. They other best to clean it up every day though. They even rake the beach every couple of days early in the morning. I’d stay here again for a quick trip to Cancun.

Restaurant service poor

The breakfast was cold. The shower water was milky white. The beach smelled like sewer. The internet kept disconnecting. We switched hotels after 1 night and the property wouldn’t refund the other 2 nights we had already paid for.

Our room was on the ground floor. It was old and dilapidated. I was in Cancun for dental surgery so I was never outside except to and from my dental appointments.The morning after we arrived I had several bug bites. They fumigated and didn't help at all. Oscar Cruz, manager, was not helpful and he used a gay slur to me. He is a nasty person. I had a total of 20+ bug bites all over my body. NEVER stay at this hotel!

Property was nice. Door man and cleaning staff were nice. Front desk was brutal and ruined a couple days of our vacation. Day three called at 9am and absolutely insisted on coming into our room to change the bedding when we repeatedly said we were fine without that service yet. Total invasion of our privacy and my wife who has anxiety spiralled. Then the very next day after we complained about it called the room AGAIN at 9 am! They even have a sign in the room to reuse the towels and sheets to “save the world”. Cleaning lady came in and saw the room was spotless. They also lied during check in and said the breakfast was included and when we went to breakfast we were told it wasn’t so we left embarrassed as we were not going to pay the price they wanted. Totally unacceptable to force yourself into our room.

Good option Unfortunately the seaweed is killing the beach

Some of the employees went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Special thanks to Vicente, Victor, Palma, Zelma, Cindy, Rosy. The pool wall needs to be clean since is too greasy. The safeguard was rude when asked to lower the volume of our small personal speaker we had. There is no music, all you can hear are the noisy kids yelling and playing in the pool and if you play music they will ask you to lower the volume. With all the respect this is an hotel for retired or old people so think twice to reserve here. The room's floor was never cleaned. When I complained to the front desk, they removed the hand towels from our room leaving only the bath towels. This was our 3rd time in this hotel and will probably be the last one.

Better than what I expected!!!

Muy bien si estás buscando unas vacaciones cómodas para tu presupuesto, el lugar está en zona hotelera con tiendas cercanas , fácil de tomar el bus para ir tanto al centro de Cancún y para los lugares de fiesta. Me gustó a pesar de que tuvimos inconvenientes con la puerta dos ocasiones, pero al final pudieron arreglarla. Muchas gracias por atendernos muy amables. De ahí en fuera la limpieza del cuarto fue todos los días y estuvo ok! Igual se agradece el servicio.

Great location, close to restaurants and grocery store. Clean property and friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was good. Actual property not nearly as nice as the photos, very dated.
