Lovely overnight stay and breakfast. Staff lovely - receptionist so helpful . Parking was a godsend but could better signposted. Crown has a nice outside area and is very stylish decorated. Stay was great - we were in Townhouse. Only criticism was mirror in bathroom . Ideal for most by being 5ft 1in could not use !!!

I absolutely loved my stay at this gorgeous little hotel. A warm and friendly welcome, easy parking, a lovely room, a perfect location, and an amazing breakfast! I would say one of the best breakfasts I have had. Staff couldn’t do more to make the stay any better. Would highly recommend this place, whether it’s for a romantic getaway, or business - you will not be disappointed.

Lovely room, bar and restaurant and excellent food. However, what made the visit extra special were the friendly staff who made us feel so welcome. Must give a mention to Toni on reception who went above and beyond to sort out my booking when I accidentally reserved on the wrong date!

Great location right in the centre with parking. The room, staff and breakfast were all excellent. There is a lovely outside seating area to enjoy when the weather is nice.

The Crown Hotel is fabulous! Beautiful place with great staff and facilities in a perfect location. The only issue was that our standard room had very thin walls and we could hear the person next door snoring all night. Also, did wornder if Room 7 was above the kitchens as think the Chefs / kitchen staff had their radio on loudly around 7am which we could hear.. Would definitely stay again though, in a higher graded room.

Excellent - comfortable and very clean room and bathroom; breakfast is served in quirky bar downstairs and is excellent - they bring everything to you. no elbowing other guests out of the way over the muesli bowl (only joking!). Hotel was clearly converted from a house, it is easy to get most between, bar, hotel and reception.

Lovely clean room with good quality toiletries. Very good breakfast which included a gluten-free full English for me. We loved the outdoor courtyard and the decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was available which was very helpful.

Right in the centre of Stamford, this hotel has everything - great clientele, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent wine and food.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The staff were all so accommodating. Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to look into portable air conditioners for the rooms. The first half of my stay had abnormally hot weather and a portable air conditioner for the room would have made sleeping a bit more comfortable at night. Other than that, a lovely stay, stunning patio and excellent food

Excellent location, right in the centre and the hub of things. Pleasant staff however the location is busy at night and with a pub outsude seating area in the alley which our bedroom overlooked, it was very noisy. I would choose a different room next time.
