Great location, clean and good restaurant

Hotel is located right in front of Tampere Rail Station. Very convenient. Eateries & grocery stores are near by. Hotel staff are very nice. I didn’t use, but there is a sauna too.

Breakfast was excellent. It was great having a bathtub and balcony. Wish TV had apps like Youtube, and slippers and bathrobe in the room. Would have been nice to have a better view.

Great location across the train station and about 20min walk from the central Buss station. Comfortable if a bit dated room and bathroom with no view. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Aircon did not work very well (temp could not be lowered) and windows did not open (safety measure) so it would have been hot if the weather was hotter. Breakfast was good. We could leave luggage in the locked storage room before the 4pm check in and again the next day after checking out.

Nice clean hotel, right next to the train station. Lots of food options near by.

Noise from busses rubbles through the room constantly if on the Main Street side (take ear plugs). Excellent breakfast selection. Room heating didn’t seem to respond to being altered (was warm enough though).

Excellent location with friendly helpful staff. Location is perfect for seeing points of interest at Tampere. The proximity to the main Railway Station, the new streetcar line and the bus make this an ideal location.

Really nice hotel. Helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, amazing Nordic breakfast. Very good value for money.

There was a playground in the retaueant

Scandic Tampere is a good option to stay in Tampere. It is in front of the central station and it is quite convinient. There is a COVID test lab also in front of the hotel. The main Tampere street Hämeenkatu starts on the hotel corner, so it is very convenient. Stockmann store is also some meters distance. There are lot caffets, restaurantes (pizza, mexican, fast food, etc) close to the hotel. Taxi stop just in front. The hotel is clean. The gym room is not good. Too small. Hotel need to build a new one. Breakfest is very good and complete. Restaurante is quite full in the morning.

The quality of indoor air was poor (indications of microbial damage)

Room cleanliness very poor. Dirty glasses, room not cleaned, toilet dirty, shower mouldy on walls, overall v poor

Everything was really good. Room was clean as well as the whole hotel. Service was friendly. The only minus was the lack of enough elevators for the hotel guests.

The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is amazing and all in all I really enjoyed my stay. Tampere is a wonderful city and staying in this hotel made my visit the best it could have been for my needs :)

Great location, good A/C. Breakfast could have been better for vegetarians.
