Location is perfect and easy excessable to all places. Breakfast is normal. Service is normal.

All is good. Just a caution ; the beds are super soft and ı have back problems. So 1st night was a big problem for me. They fixed it for the 2nd night by putting an extra layer on top of the bed. Then it was OK. IF you are NOT comfortable with soft beds, be aware

The location is great — nearby shops are very convenient. Front desk staff are excellent — very professional and helpful. However, other staff members are just average, and the sauna and spa service staff are below average. Overall, it doesn’t fully feel like a 5-star hotel; more like something between 4 and 5 stars. Still, it’s the only good option in the city center.

It is a wonderful luxury hotel very central We had a great stay”, we had two connecting rooms which were large and comfortable.. A big bowel mand water waiting for us. We did not have time to use the facility, but they had Turkish bath and spa option. Highly recommend it. The only thing is I would ask for non-smoking room
