The girl at front desk was rude to kids the key cards barely unlocked the door and the pool is terrible. Only deep spot is in front of the slide it's get hit in face with kids coming from slide or be up to your ankles in water. Terrible terrible terrible

Staff great. Room Clean. Only stayed one night and gone in am. Did not use the pool etc.

Very friendly staff! Lovely pool!!! Very clean room! Got a call about 30 mins after we checked in and ask if our room was good and if we needed anything. What wonderful customer service!!!! Kids friendly. Great price!!!! Overall very pleased!!!!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Clean room. Enjoyed the pool with grandchildren. Thankful for laundry facilities.

Rooms and amenities could be improved including the towels, washroom, pillowcases, etc. The staff were good though. My son liked the pool too.

It was a nice clean room, had everything we needed. We found the bed too firm for us and there was a fair amount of noise above us. The continental breakfast was good, lots to choose from. We would stay here again, the price was right.

Nice clean modern accesible room. When I first went into Expedia website room rate showed at $79/night, then changed on booking to $103 + tax + other charges. Now I di√d get a $24 Expedia new points discount. Anyway a good experience. Pool is not really a "swimmers" pool, for lap swimming. Hot tub nice but I only 1 jet working. Kids slide a little scary, but good good assuming you don't land on someone'l else at the bottom. Irony board & iron a nice feature and very good 6:00AM available breakfast. I had hard boiled eggs, sausage rounds and toasted bagels and baked beans that I love. Lots of fruit and cereal for last three breakfast menu, coffee good, juices available. All I n all an excellent stay at a great price.
