Very well placed to explore Lyon. A short walk along Rue Victor Hugo brings you to place bellecour from where you can explore the old town. The Campanile is very close to the T1 and T2 lines too. There was plenty of space in the room and the bed was comfortable. We'll stay there again.

Great location, just near tram and metro station (although the station has a really really confusing layout). Excellent glazing - so very quiet, despite being on a busy square, with trams running by. Really effective air con, which was very much needed. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The main thing we didn’t like was the size of the room: there’s insufficient space to open a suitcase and we bashed ourselves on the TV every time we walked past. Also, we asked for replacement paper cups on our second day, to make fresh tea in, but we were told that there weren’t any and were just pointed towards the tiny cups for the water dispenser: no good at all for a hot drink !

The breakfast was awesome with a variety for food, beds are very comfy & the staff are helpful. On check out day, they even open the breakfast bar one hour early to accommodate our schedule!n Highly recommended!

This is an excellent little business style hotel. Modern, spotlessly clean and close to many of the sights it proved an excellent base for our short visit. Unfortunately we didn't avail of the breakfast so are unable to comment and our only contact with staff was check in and out but they seemed really pleasant.. If a no frills stay is what you want, this is the place for you.

The property was disappointing. The room was small without much storage. The hair dryer was not functional. The room did not have Kleenex, the hair dryer did not work,. The room did not have a 110v or 220v US plug, the front desk did not have an adapter. Some of the front desk staff did not speak English. There was no tourist information. Definitely not a good hotel for those who did not speak French.

Room was clean but very basic and could use an extra chair or seating. More space to hang clothes and a luggage caddy would be nice. Staff were excellent, breakfast was good and location was centrally located.

Parfait hôtel pour un séjour à Lyon. Super bien situé! Super propre! Très bon petit déjeuner varié . Les lits sont très confortables. Le personnel hyper sympathique et serviable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation!

Room was the smallest we’ve ever experienced. Almost impossible to get to opposite side of bed without hitting your head on the tv mounted on the wall. Bathroom had a horrible room layout - your knees hit the wall in front of you as you sat on the toilet. Worse than a toilet on a plane. A/C did not work, room was very hot. Don’t waste your money on this place.

LOCATION IS GOOD. HOTEL IS IN GOOD CONDITION. HOWEVER, THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. I AM GLAD I WAS ALONE. IT WOULD BE VERY TIGHT IF I HAD MY WIFE WITH ME. NICE PLACE FOR A SHORT STAY

Très bonne location, près de beaucoup de restaurants et magasins. un dejeuner complet. Chambre un peut petit, et employé très amicale.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, location right by Gare Parrache is very useful. View over the square and of Basilique Notre-Dame on Fourvière were very nice. Room rates are fair. However, one of two lights in the bathroom was not working and was not fixed over the remaining 7 nights of our stay, so it was a bit dark. The shower area was also very cramped even by European standards. Finally, while not expecting free amenities at the 3-star level, note that a shaving kit (disposable razor, tube of shaving cream) is 6€ extra.

Not clean, face towels looked used in the bathroom. I had to change rooms since I got a room assigned with 2 beds instead of a king bed. There were plenty of rooms available, not sure why this could happen.

Hotel muito bem localizado, ao lado da estação de trem, metrô e tram, o que facilita bastante os deslocamentos. Além disso, está em uma região com fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos de Lyon. O quarto era confortável, com janelas amplas, ar-condicionado eficiente e um chuveiro excelente. O hotel também oferece uma máquina para reabastecer garrafas de água gratuitamente, um diferencial bastante útil para quem está passeando pela cidade. O café da manhã é muito bom, com boa variedade de opções. Outro ponto positivo é a limpeza: o hotel é muito limpo e mantém um ambiente agradável em todas as áreas. Apenas uma das funcionárias do café da manhã não me pareceu muito simpática. A experiência foi bastante positiva e eu me hospedaria novamente.

Hotel ótimo, bem localizado, próximo ao metro inclusive. Quartos muito bons, bem equipados. Café da manhã excelente, perfeito! Gostamos muito, recomendo!
