This hotel exceeded expectation. The room was gorgeous and luxurious. The grounds were breathtaking. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff kind and friendly. We would come again.

It is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are big and nice, and the amenities are very good for kids. However, the pool was too cold.

Hermoso lugar. Algunas habitaciones les deben dar mantenimiento de plomería para no gastar agua. Sugiero que se vuelva a abrir la sección de siglo XXI todo el tiempo y dar opción de quedarse ahí. La experiencia, en comparación al siglo XIX es muy distinta.

such an incredible and beautiful place. It has everything. Horse, tennis, bicyling, golf, ping pong, and incredible covered swimming pool, jacuzzi, everything, So nicely done in an old renewed Hacienda. Incredible place. Nothing to do outside the Hacienda though.

Really nice pla. We always enjoy our stay in Cantalagua.

Beautiful place to stay! Pool is solar so it was warm. Only bad experience was when we asked for our vehicle there were two young workers driving it super fast and laughing when they approached us. They certainly were nervous that we caught then driving this way.

The property and history is beautiful. The staff is courteous and the rooms clean. It is located pretty much in the middle of nowhere. It is gated and probably about 200 acres. I do not like feeling nickel and dimes with add on fees once on a property. There is a resort fee and even though there are no other options for parking other than on the large property, they charged a parking fee. I’d rather they just increased the price of the room accordingly.

The guys in the reception are the most unprofesional that I ever know in a hotel, nobody of the staff really want to help!! Food is so bad for the price. the place is nice BUT NEVER STAY THERE EVEN A NIGHT!!!

The facility is amazing, the food was very good, and the activities for everyone in the family. The Wifi does not work very well.

I liked almost all, Just, it needs more amenities specilly more elements to play sports, Balls, raquets, for instance.

Everyone was very attentive, the place is very well kept and very nice, my only small complaint was about the sheets being a little rough for me

Great location, nice retreat, facilities and activities, great experience. Everything is ok but the food, they need to offer better quality asap. And some additional training to waiters.

Hacienda is spectacular

Stayed here for a wedding. In a very small town not very close to many things. Luckily, there are many amenities and activities available on the resort. The resort has some nice rooms, some are older and quaint but there are some rooms that are more updated. One of our favorite features was the garden style jacuzzi tub. The beds are very comfortable and the grounds of the resort are very nice. Did not have time for the golf course. Overall a great experience!
