Nice hotel. Well located near Arezzo.

Room was cozy, easy access, free parking and very friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was good. We had late night arrival and leafy early. Only thing in negative side was the fetter pillows. First time ever in my hotel night, me being allergic, wish I did have a choice.

Late check in was frustrating use nag the automated system. Stay was comfortable and checkout was a pleasure with a super friendly reception

The hotel is bearable but the breakfast staff are rude and aggressive. The rooms black out often.

B&B Hotel Arezzo is an amazing place to stay if you want to visit Arezzo and surroundings. It is very clean, modern and comfortable.

Didn’t look like the photos as we were supposed to have city view. There was no view. Only single pillows on bed, no coffee maker on room, restaurant closed so no dinner unless you get taxi so we skipped dinner as too inconvenient, workout room had a broken bike and Turkish bath out of order

This is a great hotel to stay in Arezzo.

Very clean and elegant. Staff were brilliant.

Overall decent. Location is a little away from where you want to be in Arezzo but not bad. Train station is a 9 minute car ride. Take it for what it is, skip the restaurant for sure.

Its in a remote location with no public transport.The staff was not prompt in response

Arrived in Arezzo w/o hotel reservations and opted for familiar (Marriott) over local (B&B, or such). Very satisfied with the choice. The hotel was new, sparkling, and well attended.

Very nice hotel, but location was not good to visit the town. Resturant was fantastic and very good value and excellent service.

Just an average hotel - I have been in 3 stars better than this one which is rated a 4 stars. Breakfast is quite basic not a great choice. Cliningless of the rooms could be better. I had a drink from the minibar and left the glass on the desk... The following evening when I got back to the room the glass was still there, dirty.

It was quiet and nicely decorated. Service was great and helpful.

The restaurant was closed due to a forthcoming public holiday. Nothing else around was open, so we had to picnic in the room. Our room had an over-the-bath shower which was so slippery that my wife fell and hurt herselqf.

The hotel lives up to the AC Marriott standards. Modern style, nice amenities in the room and pleasant staff. The bed was smaller than other AC's we've stayed at as was the TV. This AC also had an option for high speed wifi, we were able to stream and video chat without it. It was a bit far from town, but we had a car so it was ok.
