This place is very nice and historic, but the spa never runs on time, and the massage lady was over an hour late. We run on a schedule and it through all of our plans off.

Great and relaxing. The rooms are super cute and they transport you back in time. Staff was very friendly. Spa massage was great! Food was delicious!

We really enjoyed our stay, this wasn't our first time here, Alejandro at the Alipuz bar was great and helpful, front desk personnel super friendly, we love the place.

The spa area is super cold during winter time and overly crowded

The hotel is exceptional - a heritage propert more than 400yeras old ( guessing by the architecture). It is just the property is away and in the middle of nowhere.

This was a spontaneous trip ,traveling with my elderly father . It was amazing to see this Hacienda plus the amazing food drinks and spa . It was tough for him to see everything gravel and cobble stone but non the less it was beyond spectacular. A must see and visit . The front staff ( gentleman) was so informative. I will be back for more time in this gem of a place.

Beautiful location and an incredible space! Excellent customer service. The sounds of the peacocks and birds chirping is the only noise here — incredibly serene. We visited during the weekdays so book your trip during non peak times to enjoy the calm and peacefulness of this luxury spa.

A fabulous hotel and spa. The surroundings are well kept and the whole ambiance is so romantic and inspiring. The breakfast at the restaurant was so delicious, but dinner could have been better. Overall I give it an A.

Great hotel we only stayed one night andthe hotel is designed for longer stays

Upon arrival we were given a room that was below the junior suite we had reserved and paid for in advance. We stayed in that room because it was late. The next day we complained and they upgraded us to a master suite which was fantastic. The property is amazing, the service top-notch.

Its a great place to rest and disconnect , Would have liked to stay more time , think that the restaurant menú could be improved
