The checkin process was efficient. I appreciated having a fireplace and a heater in the room because beach front properties are susceptible to significant wind chill in White Rock. Unfortunately, the paint fumes from the renovations noxiously emanated into the hallway and my room. The shower pressure could also be improved. Overall, the venue was quiet and situated in an excellent location along East Beach.

I have stayed in 2 different rooms both a suite and a double queen. Very satisfied with both. Best place to stay and be so close to the beach! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love this hotel and the beachy vibe.

The room was clean but I paid 800 and still there is no microwave, the carpet was dirty even after they were cleaning (I don’t even know if they clean the carpet or not) I’m really disappointed because I expected more for the price I paid.

Read the fine print, there was an extra charge for parking that was almost $100 extra for our 3 nights stay and no microwave (we travel a lot and have not experienced this before so I didn't check). Also, the underground parking is limited and has a 6'6" maximum. Some of the stalls are incredibly tight. We have a minivan and I had to get out before we parked because the door would not open enough in our space. Street parking is $5/hr. Also, the hotel was under renovation so we had to walk around outside to get to the front desk and the stairs looked closed off. There's no signs for the ice machine. It is not sound proof at all, we heard our neighbors arguing, motorcycles driving by and trains coming at midnight, 1 am and 6:30 am. The balconies are shared, we didn't have one so the neighbors were out on theirs. Since it spans our room as well, they could see inside our room. We could hear them talking when they were out there as well. It is a good location with the beach and restaurants near by, beds are comfy, my kids liked the hot chocolate and most of the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is under renovations but other than that is was perfect! Very good price point. Couldn't get closer to the beach. Rooms were clean and staff was very nice.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Parking garage is a bit of a nightmare and they are in the middle of renovations so a few slight inconveniences. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Noisy too much right now it’s renovation paint if it’s be cheaper make sense but for this money and conditions don’t like.

Very clean large room. Comfy bedding. Close to beach and shops/restaurants on marine drive and convenient bus stop rate across the street.

Rooms were so comfortable. The only complaint was the sharing of the room foyer doors. Very loud lots of slamming. Tighter flat sheet would be better!

What a great location! The room was wonderful and had everything I needed.

The room is clean, quite kettle upon request on my stay and no microwave hopefully they put microwave for there guest so they can warm the food.

We did not have a hot tub. The hotel office was under reconstruction, was not clear on where to go to check in. I reached the make-shift receptionist area and the lady at the front desk was not very polite or welcoming. I felt like I was a burden for being in her presence. I smiled and she just looked past me. The parking was impossible as I had to let the front desk know that I parked in one of the charging stations, as the garage was full(I do not own a EV), and I paid to park every night of my stay. We come to the Promenade every year for our anniversary; however, after this last stay, I think we will be looking for another hotel.
