We had a nice stay and the front desk staff were very nice and spoke English

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el desayuno muy bueno, el personal muy amable, la habitación es pequeña pero está bien, el baño de nuestra habitación muy incómodo y viejo, el piso de la ducha en muy mala condición.

Everything was good

Hotel was absolutely abysmal. Mold issues, plumbing issues, AC went in/out, it stank and there was no hot water. Only plus is very central location.

A beautifully kept property. Near everything in the downtown area of Mendoza. Friendly staff, good breakfast and very safe.

A really nice Staff. Good breakfast in terms of cost x benefit. Pool is not that big and you have to book previously at front desk. But I do recommend this hotel.

It's a fine place to stay. The breakfast is good enough for a quick bite, nothing fancy. The pool is small, don't get excited. The staff members are great, they really do their best to help you out 💕

Localização espetacular, mas a estrutura está muito ruim, depreciada e antiquada, quarto muito pequeno e banheiro em mal estado, bom café da manhã, e bom atendimento da equipe!

We spent four nights here and it was a wonderful location. So near to all the interesting things to see in Mendoza. The staff was extremely helpful any time we asked a question and helped us organize our time. They were always pleasant. The breakfast was great and the room very comfortable. It was quiet.

Very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Internet intermittent you couldn't reply on it. The pool is a plunge pool with no loungers. The top floor is the only outside space and has no internet. This is a very corporate hotel not very relaxing. I wouldn't stay again.

Nice vintage hotel with good value. Friendly staff and good location.

The hotel was undergoing renovations while we were there so I can't speak to what it normally looks like and relative atmosphere but the staff were very kind and accommodating. We arrived early and were immediately given a room and were able to keep our luggage in a locked closet while we enjoyed Mendoza for the day before our flight back home. All in all, the location was great and the room comfortable.

Not what I expected. It is more expensive than other hotels on the same zone, and older. Features need to be updated!

Alta Montana in Mendoza - amazing

Even though I understand it’s only a 3 star hotel, we had a frustrating experience at $190 per night. Very slow lifts, made worse since staff had to use the elevators while cleaning rooms in peak check out time...Phone in the room didn’t work, safe didn’t open, aircon was old and loud, matress very old and soft. Bathroom had a moldy smell. Breakfast was terrible. Location was good, short walking distance to restaurant and bars.
