Booked this hotel and oh boy, the location is fantastic. Right in District 1 with a beautiful river view, perfect for a short stay. The bed was super comfy, and while the property is a bit on the older side, it’s clean and well-maintained. The concierge team was friendly and welcoming. Loved it.

The staff are very enthusiastic, I know it's their job, but I have to say they are very sophisticated. When I check in and receive the ID card, I see that on birthday they give me cake to the room, and when I eat buffet, I get to sing congratulatory songs once again. Room with nice view and clean. It's just that the toilet feels a bit old

Great hotel, great staff, I was able to check out late until 4pm without being charged, the hotel staff actively upgraded my room for the best experience. The swimming pool is very safe, my kids love it. Just a little sad because I can't use the piano in the lobby but that's okay, I still give the hotel 10 points.

Nice room, good quality. Good location, convenient to hang out in District 1. However, there are a few minus points (1) because the restaurant is under maintenance, so breakfast is served in the meeting room, sitting at the meeting table. The dishes are not diverse (2) the service is not up to standard (eg: carrying suitcases to the room to help guests)

Lotte has a beautiful European-style lobby with a very nice swimming pool. I give 10d for a weekend staycation here because the hotel has a nice view, good breakfast, clean and soft bed, but it's too central to travel. what a sweet escape in the city hehe
