Everyone was very helpful with our limited Italian. Breakfast was delicious. We felt very safe and lots of dining options within a five minute walk.

Comfortable hotel, located close to a nice range of dining options, which was very convenient. Uncomfortable access to the property and lack of signage was a problem to find a way to park the car. Friendly staff, clean rooms and soundproof windows a plus as the hotel is located on a busy street.

Nice upscale hotel conveniently located near the train station and the funicular to the old city of Bergamo.

We would stay here again. Comfortable clean rooms and the staff is friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast with nice variety of food and well prepared. Convenient walk into town and very close to the train station.

Good location a short walk from the train station, where the bus from the airport drops off. Lovely room, good breakfast. We were guests of the day which meant we received an upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.

Great location, just a 5 min walk from the airport bus stop and train/ bus station. Extremely handy. Good breakfast. Decent sized bathrooms and even used the bath. Pricy though at about £160 albeit it was a Saturday night so when we returned to Bergamo a few days later and the price was £217 for a Thursday night we stayed instead at a delightful bed and breakfast for 95 euros ( casa mia) at the citta Alta incl brekky. Close to the last airport bus stop from the airport. Too much to pay for one night although the hotel is a good standard uniform chain offering. Suited us and good for train access but expensive. It’s 17 years since we last visited Bergamo so there are far more visitors now but a beautiful place to visit.

Was surprised by the little amenities in the room. For example no iron and ironing board, towels were worn out, bed was not very comfortable.

Hotel walking distance from Bergamo train station, about 250 mtrs away with a couple of road crossings. Parking is paid but you don't need a car as the hotel is located quite centrally. Rooms are clean, though felt slightly dated but the beds were extremely comfortable and the AC was super cool if you needed it that way! Nice bathrooms and the breakfast buffet (which is included in the room tariff) was very nice. Hotel is recommended for business/personal stay if in Bergamo

I had to do an early checking and the staff was very cooperative.

The hotel was clean and close to the train station so is easy to get to. The breakfast had a good selection of sweet and savory options. I was able to check in early which was much appreciated, but maybe because they didn't have time to fully prepare the room, one minor issue was that it seemed like they forgot to put all the bed covers on top of the bed so I had to sleep under a thin sheet, which was OK given the AC could be adjusted to keep the room comfortable. Nonetheless, overall I had a good experience at the hotel.
