The most beautiful experience, our first family trip but they made everything so accessible. Super helpful, staff is polite and friendly they go above and beyond. They cater to you in every way possible the heat is insane but constant service in all areas of the resort. Also doing your laundry at an extra cost but super worth it. Food variety from mexican to international food and multiple restaurants within the resort ask the drivers for options the only downside was its super huge that you dont get to explore enough without asking what else they have.

First of all my wife and I loved our stay. Everyone was helpful, food was delicious ( we ate at 2 reserved restaurants, but we enjoyed tge buffet a lil more at Bellavista which has a beautiful view to the ocean ( Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner ). This property is very big and located on a mountain cliff and you need to take lil shuttles ( 8 at a time) to & from your room property to the Lobby/restaurant/ Pool area. They have Pickleball, basketball, volleyball, soccer courts and 3 billiard pool tables. Beach is very calm and beautiful clear water.. it does have a nice family pool and separate Adults only pool. The staff works very hard so please remember to leave a tip, I noticed alot of guests didnt tip at the restaurants and bar area.. Thank you to the whole friendly and hardworking staff, you made our stay memorable and we will definitely be back.

The ac in the rooms were great that staff is super friendly and very attentive all though we did not come with children they have lots of fun activities for the children that we saw as well for the adults it is a very good family resort

This is a pretty hotel. Very large. The beaches are wonderful, especially for children. The room was a good size. The Club room was nice to have. The staff if very friendly and attentive. Probably the best staff of any All Inclusive that I have been to. I really only have a few concerns. Check in took a long time. Only two people checking in people. The pool is a good size but few chairs. My biggest complaint is the food. I understand that All Inclusive food is never great. So my expectations are low. But the restaurants are bad, especially the Mexican and the Seafood. (Whoever thought coconut encrusted shrimp and meat was a good idea should be fired.) The steakhouse wasn’t bad. Surprisingly the buffet actually had the best food. But still not great. Simple food prepared properly is all I ask for. I don’t need extravagant food cooked poorly. Even though we really enjoyed the hotel I am not sure I would return.

Great time

This is our second time here at Las Brisas and we love it! We love how interesting the property is, like an adventure getting to and from your room with such beautiful flora and fauna to see. The pool always has something fun happening, the beaches are perfect with cozy chairs, attentive staff and easy access to towels and bars everywhere you go. We love each beach and having options so everyday is different; whether you feel like snorkling at Ventura, playing in the waves at Tornillo or floating at Manzanilla, we love all of them. We played two hours of tennis each morning with Paco and came away much better players than when we got there, even our kids joined in the lessons and he was an attentive, skilled instructor with all. I loved aquasize everyday and playing a game of billiards in the shade when we needed out of the sun. We love the food! The baked goods are really well made, the fresh fruit, green juice and variety of delicious options at each restaurant are great. We didn't love the a la carte menus, and the meats/fish were overdone so actually liked the buffet better for dinner. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and cool, the shuttle is easy to take all over the property. My kids liked the kids club for the small amount of time they spent there.

Beautiful view, room clean - furniture a little worn but liked the decor, property was awesome - feels like you’re in a little jungle, well maintained property, food was awesome, multiple beaches so fun, being able to rent a sailboat for free was fun too- absolutely loved it- will definitely return

Very nice property nestled in the hills. If you're looking for a place to relax and have some decent food and drink then you should definitely go there. Limited opportunities to walk around outside the property due to the spareness of the region.

The views from this resort are amazing. If you enjoy snorkeling, then come here and not the other places in the bay. Very helpful staff. Would definitely come back!
