The air conditioning is cool, the room is spacious and clean, it smells good, there are many TV channels, and the bed is soft.

ชอบอาหารเช้ามากกก ซุปเห็ดอร่อยมากคะ ห้องพักสะอาด กลิ่นหอมมาก ไว้ไปกทม.จะไปพักอีกนะคะ (ปล.คือตอนไปพักข้างนอกสงสัยมีคนงานมาต่อเติมห้อง เลยเสียงดังไปหน่อย หวังว่ารอบหน้าคงรีโนเวทต่อเติมเสร็จเรียบร้อยนะคะ)

ห้องพักยังเก็บงานไม่ค่อยเรียบร้อย เตียงแข็งไปหน่อย เข้าใจตรีมการตกแต่งของโรงแรม แต่บางชั้นดูเหมือนไม่ค่อยใส่ใจทำเท่าที่ควรเลย บางชั้นทางเดินติดวอเปเปอร์ปูพรมทำไลท์ติ้งสวยมาก บางชั้นเป็นพื้นไม้ลามิเนตกับผนังทาสีเปล่าๆ เหมือนจะยังรีโนเวทไม่เรียบร้อย อยากให้ทางโรงแรมปรับปรุงไปในแต่ละจุดให้เรียบร้อยก่อนจะเปิดห้องพักในชั้นนั้น ถ้าชั้นไหนยังไม่เรียบร้อยไม่ควรเปิดห้องนะครับ ลูกค้าทุกๆคนควรจะได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีเหมือนกันนะ แบบนี้เหมือนมาสุ่มว่าจะได้ห้องไหนชั้นไหนเลย แต่อาหารเช้าหลากหลายดี รสชาติดี พนักงานบริการดีมากๆ อันนี้ต้องชื่นชมว่าดีมากๆ

The hotel is beautiful outside, nice and clean toilet, full of tools, just no toothbrush and toothpaste. But the curtains look a bit scary, a layer of black and a layer of red umbrella, the bed squeaks and the shelves are covered with dust. All Staff are super cute and polite

Comfortable, clean, friendly service. rest easy.

Overall the hotel is good, beautiful design. The receptionist not friendly, but the other staff so friendly and polite.

Tối đã có 1 kỳ nghỉ cực kỳ dễ chịu tại đây. Tôi thấy khách sạn đã đổi thành tên mới là The Graph. Khách sạn đã cố gắng đáp ứng mọi nhu cầu của chúng tôi. Tuy khách sạn ở vị trí không thuận lợi lắm nhưng phòng khách sạn cực xịn và dịch vụ vô cùng chuyên nghiệp.

The floor 10 maids are very nice, the lifters work very well, the service is good.

The receptionist is good. The hotel is not very far from the MRT, but when booking, reserve a room with a tub, but get a normal room instead. The bathroom sliding door doesn't close completely. like to flow open
