Liked the laminate flooring second bed was terrible can’t say much for the staff besides the bartender in the bar, I give him 5 stars great customer service. Food price was fair and food was alright.

Lobby was insanely busy at check in. Our room’s bathroom needed some Reno’s, otherwise we liked the set up of our room and stayed comfortably. Door would not deadbolt into the shared door access to next door suite which was concerning.

Excellent stay of 5 days. Staff were tremendous. Express check in online before our arrival had us in our room within 1 minute of walking in the lobby.The includeed Breakfast was great. Well be back the next time in Edmonton

The breakfast was very well done.

Everything was clean, but the breakfast wasn’t so good.the eggs were runny and sausage over cooked. Same food every morning.

The front desk girl was all by herself at a very busy time. 6pm. She was carrying a huge stack of towels while there was a lineup at the check in desk. Everyone waiting was annoyed. She was obviously trying her best to do multiple jobs. It was a busy Saturday night so that’s the hotels fault not hers. The restaurant was the same. Busy Saturday night. One guy trying to handle everything. The phone in my room didn’t work. I was travelling for work and was kept awake by kids screaming in the pool until 11pm. I would definitely not recommend this hotel if travelling for work. I had to be up at 5:30am. With kids in the hallway and the screeching in the pool I was exhausted Sunday for my seminar.

Good size rooms. Great Continental Breaakfast. Great proximity to WEM and good restaurant choices within the area. Overall, excellent experience.

Great place

This was such a fun hotel to stay at! The mini golf, pool, and 24 hr coffee and tea station helped make the stay fantastic. Breakfast was good each day, and the family suite was so much fun to stay in.
