Lovely clean large room. Only downside was the bed in room 255 was way too soft and sank in the middle, it may need replacing.

Travel on public transport throughout Luxembourg is brilliant and free. Park your car at this hotel and never touch it until you leave. Facilities are very good, food a little expensive, but get yourself out and about and return later for a relaxing swim etc. Rooms are of good size and comfortable without having to be too clever or modern including mini fridge and safe in room. Breakfast will last you all day, if you want, and your body can take it, with good all round selection. Car park is huge, but can get busy as they hold many large events.

Room good

I asked for a double bed and was given 2 singles put together which was really uncomfortable. There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. The toiletries were really basic with one liquid for shower and one for hand wash. The towels were rough and need replacing. Overall it was really basic.

Room was good and the Staff was nice. However, I am not really sure if the room facility and accomodation itself categorizes well to be a four star hotel.

Check in was very swift, parking was easy, hotel seemed very clean throughout, breakfast was plentiful but without any specialities, and fair public transport with stop just by hotel and 10 minute free ride into Luxembourg.

Our bathroom was dirty and had lots of hair from previous guests

Very clean and good hotel!

There was a lot of building work going on outside the hotel which was a shame, but inside the hotel was lovely. Check in was very slow as there was only 1 person checking people in, which for a large hotel with a big event going on while we were there, isn't very good. Public transport in Luxembourg is free, and there is a very convenient bus stop outside the hotel to get into the city centre.

The hotel was in a ideal place to catch the bus into the city and free. Great staff and friendly too. The outside pool was very busy but only a few sun loungers. I was disappointed with the lack of tea /coffee facilities in the room , most basic hotels provide this. I would return .

The staff were friendly and helpful. The leisure facilities were clean.

All in all a good one. I particularly recommend this hotel for a summer stay, with the lovely outdoor pool, but the indoor one and the sauna were also nice. Unlike in most big hotels, the windows could be opened in the room, I appreciated the fresh air instead of the usual AC. The room itself was in order, nothing special, clean, but a proper desk with a good chair and a kettle to make tea would have been nice.

Great staff. Bar staff could be more friendly. Huge school groups in which makes the hotel more like a school holiday camp. Breakfast was average and the restaurant menu was a bit dull and not inspiring so we went out to eat

We had a terrible experience here; the hotel and room itself was nice but the service and issues we had made it very stressful. We were here 3 nights (full two days). We put the DND sign on the door and the maids entered our room both days and rummaged through our things. Moved our stuff around including dirty clothes and toiletries. It was such an invasion of privacy. We complained to the front desk the first day and were reassured it wouldn’t happen again and then it happened again the 2nd day. It was clear the maids were looking for something or checking out our things. Very disturbing. We complained to the front desk again - of course they said the manager wasn’t in until the next morning. The next morning we tried to speak to the manager and she refused to speak to us. They comped us two waters worth $14 euros for our “inconvenience”. That was the worst part. The other part was, this place is on the outskirts of town in the hills which is a beautiful setting, however, there is nothing in walking distance and there is no room service and the one restaurant closes at weird hours leaving you stranded for eating options.
