They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean.

A little outdated, and the hotel seems frequented by hockey teams, but no complaints otherwise.

Cleanliness of room and public areas, especially the pool area. Brightness and contemporary feel of our room. Friendly and attentive front desk staff. Close access to the highway. We will definitely return!!

Really decent hotel. Very clean. Quiet. Food at the bar could be 10x better.

The staff was not friendly at all and there were so many parties going on that I did not sleep for two nights … there had to be about 29 people in the lobby . Partying until almost midnight … I could not sleep .

The room was very nice, fresh and clean. Our only challenge was with managing the temperature. The room was far too warm for sleeping, but still worth a 5-star rating. Also, the staff were very friendly, and the hotel is very nice.
